These sheets are a great value for the money and add a classy touch to the bedroom. As several other reviews have mentioned, silk/satin style sheets can be very slippery. When making up the bed the top sheet slides around quite a bit. Even sleeping I felt like I was constantly reconfiguring it throughout the night. I was almost ready to go back to standard cotton sheets, when I decided to make one small tweak. I switched out the top sheet with an regular cotton sheet. It's easier to make up the bed now, I'm not struggling with the top sheet at night, and I still get to keep the silky bottom sheet and pillows cases. It's the best of both worlds! The color is what I like most about the sheets. The surface of the sheets is okay, wish they were a bit softer. Soft, but I need softer; even slick. I have back problems and I use these type of sheets because I toss a lot and satin sheets make it easier to roll over from one side to the other. Especially after having back surgery when turning over is very painful. Slick sheets make it easier. I came up with idea one day and asked my wife to order some satin sheets on Amazon to help my situation. Turns out I use satin sheets every day now. Update: After sleeping on the sheets several days, I like them more and more. The 'softness' thing I was really aiming for is getting better--way better. The sheets are softer than I first Imagined. I really like them. I changed from a 4 star to a 5 star rating. The softness thing is big because not only are they soft, they are comfortable and cool at night. I really like them. I sleep satin sheets year round and this is my 3rd brand name, so I'm starting to understand the quality of satin sheets. They’re a little thin, which makes them feel slightly cheap. But they are soft, and carry virtually no heat (good for us hot sleepers). The more you wash them on delicate, the softer they get (w/o softener too).

The satin is smooth and the color is uniformly rich. The corners of the fitted sheet have an extra set of elastic bands to hug the underside of the mattress corner, and they work! Will likely get another set in a different color.

The media could not be loaded. I do believe that for the price, this is decent quality. I love the pink and the shine; I find them to be both pleasing and comforting. This is more slippery than the other brand that I tried, and I enjoy it for the tossing and turning part of bedtime but not when my pillows are flying off the bed. The brand that I had before had developed lint balls throughout its years of use, so I decided to switch to this brand. I would say that I have a love-hate relationship with the slipperyness of the sheets. It's something that bothers me, but since I love silk sheets, I'll get over it. If that is something that will bother you a lot, I strongly recommend you try another brand. The wrinkles aren't a fan favorite either, but I suppose that within time they'll settle down. ... show more

I love how soft, wrinkle free, and slick these are. They look beautiful. I got ivory and they lean a little more to the white side of ivory (which I like, some “ivory” fabrics look too yellow or beige). They have very deep pockets and stay on well. I got king size and and the pillow cases seem bigger than king size pillows. The material is a bit think and I worry it could tear, but that would be my only concern. ... show more
