The media could not be loaded. Box gave off some crazy fumes all throughout every item. Had to wash thoroughly which is annoying for something brand new. Even after it still really stinks and is way smaller then i thought. Picture makes it look bigger. Also wish you guys made one without the combo lock. Just a clasp would be fine. Not terrible jus doesn’t hold everything i wanted but will do. I added my own stickers n used some of you guys stickers too lol. Hers some pics for size reference Edit: the seller reached out immediately and made it right. They are very hands on and proactive with customers and they seem to really care about the business. I recommend trying them out because i can say i shop with confidence with them ... show more

It's perfect for what it was intended for. Love the extras it comes with: a small grinder, 2 glass jars, stickers, an ashtray, a pokey and a small brush. There's an area to put papers so you have easy access to them, you can lock the box which is awesome. It will only lock when your code it set to it, so if your code is 777 and you have it on 775 when open it will not close and lock until you have it on 777, after you close and lock it you can spin the dials so your password isn't just staring the world in the face. It was a bit confusing to change the lock code, or even open it. There's a video on here I would suggest watching as it will help you. All in all its a nice sized box to fit all of your goodies inside and keep them safe and hidden. My husband loves it! ... show more

Perfect! Ordered a different one first and it arrived with shattered bottles.. I sent that one back and ordered this one in deluxe and got it in perfect condition! Everything was packed well so nothing breaks.. it does have a paint odor at first but I let it sit out and it dissipated pretty quickly. The only negative I would say is the ashtray that's given inside is too big for the spot so it falls out everytime you open it. But I can replace that easily so not a big deal.. if your looking for a box this is the one you want. ... show more

My box looks great, but can't get the lock to open, it didn't come with instructions. When I looked it up I did put the numbers to 0 0 0 , then pushed the button to the left and right and still it didn't open.. so frustrating
