    • Some pains at first but making it work
So far it has been ok The plastic stakes really don’t hold well and break. Upgraded to large metal ones The plastic clips break too easily so tied line directly to the holding straps through the hole. It works but with tweaks you have to spend some extra money on. It’s ok and gets the job done but it could be better quality and be easier to set up. It’s something you want to set up and take down after the season is over because it would not be easy to continually take down and easily put back up ... show more

    • Pole cracked and I need a new one. No way to contact seller to get it

It definitely takes 2-3 people to get it set up. The plastic hooks broke in the first 2 days. The eyelets are metal rings but the hooks for the tie down cords are plastic. The plastic stakes in the ground bent. We have had it for about 3 weeks but blows down easy. One of the pole ends cracked and broke (think tent poles with elastic inside that you put the ends of each section together) I need a replacement pole but there is no way to contact seller for a new one. Concept is great! Just cheap materials. And I can't get replacement parts?? ... show more
