I got this to take professional style videos of me, playing guitar and singing, and specifically bought it for the “condenser mic “. Too bad because the microphone is not that good and when recording after I go through playback, I can hear buzzing from the mic and it overall is not very good microphone. The kit came with a lot of parts and pieces along with containers for the different items. I tested it out and it seemed to work well. I found that the microphone cord attachment needs to be removed from the cell phone in order to hear the playback to see if the video recorded the sound sufficiently. I haven't tried all the pieces yet but so far, so good.
