So I had been given a Fluffy Optic cleaner head from a friend, and the green light was an absolute game changer. I immediately hopped on here to see if there was one available for the spiral roller type like we have here, and ordered this. Now I can see why the name brand does not offer the optic on this type of roller; the light is absolutely useless on carpet. That being said, this roller seems to really scour the carpet far deeper than the factory roller ever did. There's actually a bit of resistance when using it. My carpet is as clean as if I used a corded vacuum now, and I can't believe how much dust it has been picking up, even though I vacuum daily. I'm impressed. Build quality, form, fit and function are fantastic. It snaps easily into the wand, or on the wall mount. Everything articulates smoothly, it seems very well made. I'd definitely recommend this. Again the light doesn't function on carpet but the improved cleaning performance overshadows it. On hardwood it functions very well, the optic isn't quite as widespread as the factory version, but it is still usable. Honestly I just switch to the other head at that point, but it still is serviceable for a wide variety of needs.

The media could not be loaded. Myra Motorhead replacement for Dyson works perfect on my V10 vacuum. I just replaced the old Dyson Motorhead and this new one looks so cool when I started and that led light in the front turns on. On the side of it has an opening where I can easily remove the rotating roll and clean it. Really like it and definitely come back to purchase another one for an older V8 I have at home. Thank you!

It's a good product. I originally bought this item because my dyson carpet vacuum head broke. I checked for OEM and it's so unbeliveably expensive so I opted for this one. IMO, it's better because there's that light on it so you can see dust particles you miss on hardwood. Speaking of hardwood, it works just fine on it. Arguably, I prefer using this one on hardwood floor because things don't get stuck as easily. This head has no problems attaching with the dyson vacuum, it's easy to take on and off. If something gets stuck it's not hard to unclog it, just roll the roller by hand or pick at it.

It fits my Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner perfectly and installation is very easy, no tools required at all. The 270° torque drive design allows the suction head to rotate flexibly, making it easy to clean the bottom and corners of furniture. The LED headlight can also see clearly in dark places, so you no longer have to worry about missing dust.
