Not good. I tried to clamp it down while holding the throttle at the desired speed and finding it takes two hands to set it, so it rests against the brake lever. This is a recipe for a crash! I never got it set. I took it off as soon as I got home. I recommend a device that only requires your thumb to operate. This is worse than worthless, it’s flat out dangerous. Sorry but don’t risk your life over cheap plastic and poor design.

This isn't exactly the best fit or most advanced system, so I wasn't expecting much, but I had hoped that at least it didn't slide directly against the grips. Unfortunately, the little dog teeth engage directly with your grips, so in the case that the little red button won't release or you have to slow down faster than you can hit the button (so you have to just twist the handle forward), the teeth will dig into the grip and start to wear it away.

I ride a Honda Valkyrie and the handle grips are larger than most in circumference. This fit and after learning to use it while going down the road it has worked fine. For $9 you can't beat it. Material seems to be pretty good, but I do see having to buy another in a riding season or two. Who knows; it may last longer than that. So far, I'm very happy with it. As I said, once I figured it out while riding it was fine and did what it was designed to do. It was easy to increase and decrease speed as needed and to turn it "off" when needed. I'd recommend it.
