First thing, I am 6'5" athletic build with a 34 waist (usually 36 inseam sometimes 34 depending on designer). For me these feel like skinny jeans on the legs and the waist feels really loose, like not even touching my body, but a belt easily rectifies the situation and they feel pretty comfortable. As others commented, these are about the same thickness as regular jeans so not sure how the manufacturer justifies the title of riding jeans let alone "racing" or maybe they just meant in the style of? Lastly the knee pockets are just dreadful. Whoever designed these must have never been on a bike as the top of the pad pockets (on the outside nonetheless) goes over it with no way to fasten it down so it just acts as an air scoop and flips up almost immediately when you ride - as shown in my pic. The only reason they were given 3 stars instead of 2 is because the quality vs the price is about right. Bottom line is I will keep these as they are better than nothing, sew some velcro on the pad pockets to keep them closed, BUT I won't be buying these again and if I could rewind I would find something else using my lessons learned from these. ... show more

When these pants arrived they smelled of rots which will not wash out. But that doesn't matter considering the pants are so poorly made they started to fall apart in the washing machine before I wore them. These are not motorcycle pants they are made out of extremely thin denim that will not give you any added protection in any way. DO NOT WEAR THESE AS SAFETY GEAR. ... show more

MY purchase of the pants was so I can have a summer, comfortable riding pants and when I received the pants they seem to be what I was looking for. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong size and had to return. The pant fit snug but not to tight and had the right elasticity in the right places. My biggest regret is forgetting to return these within 30 days. I wore once and will never wear again despite now owning them for good. I'll take my chances with Levis. I opened them up and they smelled like a chemical bath and were lightly moist (odd since I live in the desert). Washing helped halfway but still smell. The fit is just awkward. I'm a lean 6'3" and I'm not sure who is able to wear these comfortably. Before I put the armor in they were uncomfortable and tight in odd places. And the back goes down so low when sitting it needs a crane to lift them up for protection. Alas, save yourselves. 'Tis too late for me. ... show more
