I can't find anything I would change, at this price point especially. So far, everything is working exactly as expected. This is nicer and has more capacity than an equivalent rotopax setup that would easily cost ~$200. I haven't had any issues with leaks yet, but I'll be sure to update this review if I do. I guess if pressed for something I would change it would be two things. One, it can be difficult to tell the fuel level while filling so something to assist with that would be nice (though I don't know what). Two the mounting plate is a bit bulky with the can removed, so some kind of quick attach mechanism would be super cool. Again, at this price point these aren't expected features just thinking of any cons I can think of. Happy to have this gas can, goes well on my nc700x crash bars.

The gas can works great, seals up nice, no leaks or anything. Once I took the spout out it was hard to get back in properly, so I trimmed about an inch off of the tip of the spout and now it works great.

Trail test and satisfied. This gives us peace of mind on the long rides. Only drawback is the cheap tiny u bolts that came with it. I built my own mount with bigger bolts and clamps that fit the roll bar.

Good fit for my Honda Shadow. Works well. I like the locking feature. I put it on a custom sissy bar that was built for the purpose of holding the gas can.

This item is well worth the money.The only issue I had with it was the little funnel on the inside of the can is too long, so when you try to replace it back into the can, it's like an inch.Or 2 inches too short and it doesn't sit properly.All I did was just take off two inches and now itfit perfectly

This is an overall excellent compact gas can kit, especially for the money. The whole thing is sturdy and all of the additional hardware fits together well. The only problem (and it's a pretty big problem) is the spout/filler-neck that is included with this kit. TAKE MY ADVICE: you need to throw away the spout that comes with this gas can and use a different one. Don't even use the included spout a single time. If the gasoline you put into this canister has any kind of additive whatsoever, the included spout is likely to disolve and deteriorate within a day or two. It's absolutely insane that they would pair this awesome canister with such a horrible spout/filler-neck. If you have gasoline stored in this canister with the included spout, you need to very closely inspect the condition of the filler neck before you pour that gas into your gastank. If it is deteriorated even the slightest bit, you CANNOT use that gasoline because it likely has little or large bits of plastic floating around in it. Thankfully though, there is a super easy fix for avoiding all of this: As soon as you unbox this kit, throw away the spout and put an aftermarket spout on the canister (like the one in picture #2). It should actually hold up to the gasoline. Other than that, this is a fantastic overall kit. It just requires a little bit of customization.

I'm so glad I had this fuel can on my recent 1200-mile trip, most of which was up and down the Natchez Trace Parkway. I used it to refill my tank 5 times in all and it was amazing not to have to go searching for gas. Highly recommended. It has pretty much the same capacity as my little Honda's tank, so it effectively doubled my range. Tip: If the can is really full, it helps to leave the vent closed for the first part of refueling so the gas doesn't go everywhere. Also, while it didn't leak at all, you do have to be careful opening the lid if you've been riding for a while. Let the pressure out SLOWLY with the vent cap.
