This helmet is okay. What I didn't realize from the pictures is that a microphone sticks out. It's a bit cumbersome to put on, and the microphone is poking your mouth or nose, perhaps trying to go inside it. That's not an exaggeration. The seller is pleasant though. If I didn't need a Bluetooth helmet, perhaps I would've kept it. Overall, the design and quality are a little on the cheap side. I didn't test the Bluetooth quality. Maybe it's great, maybe it's not... but the microphone business turned me off completely. ... show more

Helmet I'm satisfied with. I ordered a large, and it technically fit, but it felt overly snug. I went to return it and order the same one in a size up, the seller contacted me and asked what the problem was, and I told them. They sent me new pads which made it an XL! They respond fast, but in a much different timezone, its hard for the responses to be convenient for me LOL. (Night is day there, etc etc) Overall, pleased with this helmet. Microphone is kinda on the bad side, but I used the bluetooth for music anyways so works perfect for me! ... show more

I received this item today and plugged the headset in to charge, after waiting the full two hours recommended, I could not get it to turn on. I plugged it into a different micro-usb that I already had and it turned on but shut off while trying to connect to my phone. I figured I would try to let it charge on that, but realized the charging indicator light never came on. After I unplugged it and tried again, it still would not turn on at all. I would assume its a bad battery. After waiting nearly a month for this helmet, I was pretty upset that I will have to return it and either order a different one or wait another month for another to come in and MAYBE work. ... show more
