    • Good quality and fit for the price
The BMW OEM part is over $200. This one is offered for ~$16. I read the reviews and some questioned the overall quality but I took the risk and was surprised at how well it compared to my original part. The only difference I could see was in the metal mounting grommet which might be somewhat less quality looking than original but fit perfectly. The only difficult part of installation was the fit into the connecting tube to the right (facing the engine) that connects to the air filter housing (I have a 528i N20 engine). The fit is tight but if you put some WD-40 around the fitting, it fits right in with an alignment tab at the top which must align with the slot of the inter-cooler. I don't normally do reviews but I couldn't ignore the effort of MOTOKU to give us a reasonable option to replacing a ridiculously overpriced part from BMW for a "plastic tube". Great price on a great part. Fast shipping fixed my issue with the original hose that was breaking down and the holding tab broke. OEM part only lasted 10 years and 110k miles. Actually less cause it’s probably been moving more than it should. Watch the YouTube video on replacement. Aligning it on the stud and stabbing that 10mm nut is a pain in the neck.
