After the purchase of a 2006 trx 250 ex the carb was leaking and instead of trying to rebuild the carb I decided to replace it. Lo and behold the same exact carb was already on the quad. Carb adapter does NOT fit 250ex. Had to reuse the old adapter. Didn't use the provided cable, but it fired the machine right up and runs well.

Installed on my Honda trx250 and it instantly started up work’s amazing would also recommend replacing your throttle since it comes with a new one even though the stock one works fine

When I ordered the carburetor it said that it fits 2007 trx250ex but it doesn’t The mounting it’s ok but the cable is way to long

There was no slide guide , so throttle sticks wide open. Cable has to much throw for 250 sporttrax. Do not buy it .
