    • Not exactly beginner friendly
Rear blocks install is pretty straight forward and takes relatively little effort. The front lift however requires quite a bit of skill, tooling, and patience. Also the spring is under extremem pressure so some caution and luck is required.

Wanted alittle more lift to this truck . Had a shop install it, I guess compressing the springs is the most difficult part of it all . Looks great , drive is alittle bumpy but overall is fine. Would recommend this to those who want the height without major modification.

    • Good kit, hard to get front springs in place for re-install
Rear blocks are nice. The hardware was solid. Just everything went together fine except for the front lift pucks. After installing, I had to lift the truck waaaaaayyyy up in the air, drop it on stands, and use a combo of a jack and some wood to drop the whole hub & A arm after separating the upper ball joint. You have to get the spring in at a sketchy angle, and it did not want to compress. Dropping the LCA and Hub assembly ALL the way to the floor, and then getting the spring edges in the correct position to catch the alignment cups as you compress the spring via a jack under the lower control arm ball joint is sketchy to say the least. This is how most of us purchasing this kit will install. So, do yourself a favor and don't be dumb like me... Go out and rent/ borrow a spring compressor tool and do it the right way. Save yourself the headache that I had installing this. Overall, kit is s good. Hardware is solid. Instructions are clear and easy to understand. I'd give it 7/10. ... show more

    • Does not fit 2000 Silverado 1500 2wd!
Bought this kit as a gift for my son’s 2000 Silverado 1500 2wd. Took it to a shop to have it professionally installed and when they installed the spacers in the front the factory springs would bow out and not want to go back into place. They contacted the manufacturer and sent them pictures and the manufacturer told them it was the correct kit but remove it immediately. They said my truck must be one in a thousand that it doesn’t fit! Now I’m out the cost of the kit because it’s past the return date for Amazon and another $375.00 for the time that the shop wasted trying to install it! DO NOT BUY THIS KIT! ... show more
