  • Scrape this!!
Style: Box Scraper
The box scraper was very easy to assemble if you have any mechanical experience. I’m still not sure about the main body steel strength but the teeth are solid steel which is very good. I did have to adapt it to my 1954 40S John Deere tractor three point hitch. I used 3/4in. Pex tubing for bushings and they worked great. I have used it on my 300 ft. Driveway and it was a little light weight but did work very well. I did buy the extended warranty in case I do need to replace something. I’ll let you know how it holds up to some future work, thanks. Well I tried this box scraper on my 330ft. driveway and the main issue I had was four of the six tines bent. I was surprised that they bent on the first day I used them. I reached out to the vendor with no reply so I filed a claim with the extended warranty Asurion. They are now reviewing my claim and I just want the tines replaced. I’ll let you know how it goes,. ... show more

  • Can't beat it for the money
Style: Box Scraper
It's a great product to use behind your garden tractor, or small sub compact tractor. Do not use it with a full size tractor or you'll tear it to pieces. It's a lite duty, not Comercial grade, your really getting what you paid for, good. If you try to tear up tree roots your going to bend the tines, but they bend back easily with a large hammer on a flat surface, puttem back on and go. I recommend this just don't have full size expectations. I like it. ... show more

  • Good for light duty
Style: Box Scraper
I wanted a box blade just to keep our gravel drive maintained, it light weight about 160 lbs, I communicated with a couple of owners and was satisfied this would work for me. It’s a class0, my subcompact tractor is a class 1 3 point hitch—so the first problem the 3 point pins are too small and will eventually damage the tractor arms—so I considered drilling larger holes and using class 1 pins—having said it’s light weight the top link and pick up arm points are fairly thick plate and would require hours of drilling. It eventually occurred to me to use bushings to increase the class 0 pin diameter. A visit to the hardware store an $11.00 later a perfect snug fit at all 3 points. One of the six scarifiers came damage slightly bent and with a burr on the surface which prevented it from being inserted into the holder- I contacted the company and am waiting for a replacement. I used it on the gravel it digs in and pulls the gravel without a problem, there are no rocks stumps etc in the drive so it appears this is an excellent buy for the job I want it to do ... show more

  • Avoid if you need the tines.
Style: Box Scraper
The scraper works ok, but the tines are garbage. The all bent on the first use. I hit on small root and a few softball sized rocks. And it's only a 20hp tractor

  • Not a bad little box scraper
Style: Box Scraper
So first off the install was fairly straight forward. The instructions could have been a little bit more clear but anyone that is half mechanically inclined shouldn't have a problem. My tractor has a cat 1 hitch so I swapped out the pins. I think that the shipping weight was around 130 pounds so my FedEx guy was super impressed. That being said it is fairly light. And my ground being rocky and packed it likes to hope and skip over high packed areas. I had the tines down almost as far as they would go and never had a problem. It is fairly small in hight and in depth compared to some of the more expensive versions out there. But as of so far it has held up nice and is perfect for my needs. I mainly got it to help maintain a drive way and move snow. ... show more

  • Think outside the box (Updated)
Style: Box Scraper
The media could not be loaded. UPDATED 04/08/25 - This scraper is still punching above its weight class. I have moved literal mountains of gravel, dirt and crushed asphalt with it and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I needed something to maintain a quarter mile driveway that consists of crushed asphalt, siftings and gravel. I don't have a tractor ATM and the ATV is busted, so I had to think "outside the box". I used a Kolpin Heavy-Duty 3-Point Hitch System to hook the MotoAlliance CAT-0 Box Scraper to my old Wrangler....and all I can say is "Wow!". I did not expect this box scraper to be as tough as it is. So far I have moved piles of dirt, relocated a ton of crushed asphalt, leveled the driveway, and started cutting a drainage ditch in the back of the property...and the Scraper has held up remarkably well. It looks like my tractor purchase is going to be put on hold for a while. ... show more

  • reviews don't match the implement for sale
Style: Middle Buster
what a waste. First of all, in 2024, when I purchased it, the description was for a tractor - and the pictures of the tractor to use with the trencher implement was a cat 1. I have a cat 1 tractor, and this implement arrived but is so narrow it is impossible to attach to my tractor! secondly, they changed the description to cat 0. there is no such thing as a cat 0 third, all the amazon reviews for this trencher are now showing a scraper, something completely different. ugh. can't return and lost quite a bit of money. I was able to swing one of the tractor's lift arm to the center, attached the trencher. It works only in loose soil, and it takes a minute for the arms to drop, due to how light weight the tool is. It digs 6 inches, but does not plow. ... show more

  • Good Product but could use some upgrades
Style: Box Scraper
Bought this for the three-point hitch on my side by side. The metal is a soft metal for the rippers. I took them and had them hardened and tempered. I then hard faced the ripper tips and the blade for the drag box. Make yourself a templet for the edge and tips. I have had extra tips made and an edge from hardened steel for when these wear out. It would be better if they had a way to add extra weight to the edge and rippers. I fabricated a box that hangs off the back of the blade so that I could add weight as needed. After my adjustments this works great. But I also understand that if the manufacturer did these upgrades that I have done the price would jump significantly. I am lucky enough that I have the ability to do all these myself. ... show more
