Bought this based on reviews. It lives up to some of its reviews, but deficient instructions and app anomalies keep it from being great. This is after having it over a week and spending WAY too much time trying to figure some things out. Plus some features are useless. At first, I did not see other watch face choices. Eventually found lots more watch faces to download. Go to watch face selection area in app and all the way to the bottom, in small print, there is a link to other watch faces. I FOUND LOTS MORE WATCH FACES! Most functions work pretty much as stated. I would warn anyone that it is not a medical device! However, it gives a reasonable approximation of BP, SP02, and pulse. Pay attention to instructions when measuring and you should be satisfied. For example, did you ever run or jump around when at a doctors office during a blood pressure test. You do not: because it does not work that way. Resting blood pressure is what you want to measure, so you sit quietly and then take a reading. You have to do the same with the watch. In general the health and sleep monitoring seemed to work as well as could be expected. My other negatives: The instruction manual is weak (as is so often the case with cheap Chinese electronics). The phone application works, but .... It is a little balky when moving between screens, and lacks explanation on some of the functions. For example "find your device" seems to vibrate the watch. Only of use if wearing it. Is there some way to have it make an audible sound instead? Not that I can find. No audible alarms either, just vibration on wrist from watch. (If it has to have watch on my wrist to use find function, this is incredibly stupid.) GPS function is not documented. I looked at other similar watches and scanned for clues. In actuality, the link to GPS does work, and if you use the running activity, you can click on a GPS function which will map your activity. I suspect this is a result of application not really being completed and tested. I will have to test further to see if it gives some accurate distances. I can not get it to work with the walking activity, only the running one. Looks like an app deficiency to me. Plus, most of the activities are senseless. All treated the same as no activity at all. Strides/distance. It counts steps, but distances are hugely inaccurate. I am still researching if I can use GPS distance for accuracy instead. I suspect there might even be an adjustment in the profile for stride length that might help calibrate your distances vs. strides. Contacted Amazon for help, and they could not help. Messages and questions posted to Amazon received no response. So, back it goes. (May back out of returning if I can get, or figure out, answers to questions.) Unfortunately, most of the alternative seem so have same problems, so might not be worth shopping for a replacement. Questions on the Amazon product page were not responded to via vendor, and user answers showed that most were even puzzled than me. Other glaring weaknesses. There is a timer function. However, the rest of the watch function are inaccessible if you use. If you leave the screen it kills the timer. So you can not even time your activity without losing access to other functions including the time of day. ------------------------------------------------------------- I gave it the full trial time. I had never had a smart watch before, didnt know anyone who had one, so I bought a simple easy to use one from Amazon last year. Once I got the hang of things and knew what I wanted and didn't want in a watch, I wanted to upgrade to something with a little more features. Apple and fitbit watches are out of my budget so I found this one and I am so happy with it! It's got so many extra little things and the app is really great and easy to use. I love the women's health setting and the calendar in the app is really nice with all that extra information every month. There *are* 2 little things I would change if I could: I want to be able to set more than 3 alarms, and I wish the vibration was just a little stronger. Sometimes I don't notice when I get a message or even the alarm goes off because the vibration is so faint. Those 2 things are definitely not a deal breaker for me because everything else about it is so great! *Update*: I wish there was also more sports settings. Thought it was unusual for there to be a "badminton" mode and not a "weight training" or "workout" mode. I took off a star because of this. ... show more

Description of this "Smart" watch are very misleading 1. "Blood Pressure smart watches intelligently measures SpO2, monitors blood oxygen and blood pressure levels, and monitors changes in your body. " If this watch is allegedly measuring blood pressure and heartbeat "intelligently" why is the measurements so off base. Checked against blood pressure and beat alternative devices and smarty (lol) is higher and close but no cigar. 2. So are the "high-performance motion sensors" (lol x 10) for "sleep status (deep sleep, light sleep and wake up time, which provide comprehensive sleep quality analysis but once again totally erronious data reporting" 3. Not smart enough "fitness tracker watch accurately INOT) records steps, calories burned, distances, active minutes. Thumbs down once again ..steps (like most low priced "fitness" watches" relies on arm movement to record this data. However, even with arm movement, step count and distance starting number remains the same as when you started. My cheaper previous band (not visible in bright daylight) counted every step and distance with arm movement...so whats the story Jerry ? What is accurately stated that you can see date, time, weather information, phone messages and limited watch face choices clearly and informative. If you are statisfied with only clear, colorful date, time, weather information, phone messages and close but inaccurate heart, step and sleep information then this is the "not so smart " watch for you. ... show more

I purchased this watch because the reviews were good, it was a good price and I wanted to try out a smart watch before I spent $200-$300 on one. It's great as just a watch but there is no "smart" in it. Absolutely nothing is accurate. The first pic shows the BP from watch measurement the second is actual way off and while I wish I walked that many steps today it is highly unlikely as I had over 131 steps and had never moved. The heart rate is incorrect and not once has this watch reminded me to move and it is set to. says valid time whatever that means is 10:00-22:00 no way to change that. It looks like an apple watch and works fine as a watch and that's all. A waste of $50.00 I would send them both back as I purchased the hubby one but I don't even feel like going through the trouble at this point. I believe the reviews were paid reviews. If you want a smart watch for a good price DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH!!!!!!! Save your money and get a Fitbit, Apple watch or Galaxy. I repeat DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH! Unless all you want is that a watch. Oh and the app is terrible so basic and kind of useless. I am so disappointed. I should have tried one of the $20.00 watches I saw on Amazon. They couldn't be any worse. ... show more
