    • My Ranger runs better
My 00 ranger 2.5 was having issues idling and sometimes would stall when coming to a stop. Also had a check engine light on for P0102 and cleaning did nothing. Ordered this one and my issues went away and now it runs much better and doesn’t stall out.

It looks like a good made product but have intermittent issues with MAF giving different readings and make my truck run a bit rough time to time. Can't really return it unless I don't want to drive anywhere. Without it vehicle is not going to even start.

    • Solved the problem on my 2000 Ford Ranger!
My 2000 Ford Ranger with 2.5L engine had been hesitating, jerking, and stalling. This MAF sensor corrected the problem -- literally a 10 minute job from start to finish! Very happy with the results!

    • Worked as expected for Ford Ranger 2000
Cheap product but fixed the problem! Thought it was fuel pump and fuel regulator (replaced both) but it turns out to be this part which only cost $30 dollars and 10 minutes to replace!

    • Only the Air Flow Housing is good.
The housing that holds the MAF Sensor is perfect, but the MAF Sensor itself doesn't work at all. The one that came with the kit, caused an engine light and poor engine performance. So, I bought a Delphi MAF sensor (Ford quit making them) and my Ranger runs better than new!

A 2 yr warranty from Amz, great. I installed this in my 95 Ranger and the PCM couldn't find it. Dug into it and the connector wasn't going in all the way. Turns out the connector was so tight, I pushed it in from the side opening, not going in it wasn't making connection. Tried a different way with silicone. The first line in the pic was as far as I could muscle it to. Needed to make the yellow line. I have experienced this with Chinese sensor conns before. Tried dielectric grease and read the sensor thru the connector with a meter. OK. Last time chinese conn it fell off, literally. I tie wrapped it to stay engaged. Conn is so tight now it will probably break before it comes off; or I'd give it a 4 or 5 star at this price. SAVED me 50-60 USD. ... show more
