So, I ordered a set of lights a few weeks ago and the lights work great. The settings on the lights are easy to understand. You have the option to turn all the lights on or just one. You also have the option to set a timer on your lights. This feature is neat. Pros - customer service with any issues with the lights is outstanding. The Mosthinkus group is professional and prompt when dealing with any issues. (I had an issue with my second set of lights. The light bulbs weren’t bright enough). Cons - would love to see a setting for 15 or 16 hours on. The 12 is great, maybe if I set the lights in conjunction with each other I could make this happen. Haven’t tried that. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This product was perfect until it stopped working in just 6 months. It made my plants grow so beautifully! They were all less than half this size 6 months ago. I recommended this grow light to so many people that came in my office and thought I had a "green thumb" but I gave the light the credit and would send them the link...just wish it would have lasted at least a year. Now it is just a very dim flicker. UPDATE:. The seller contacted me and immediately made this right! I received a replacement less than a week later and I have happy plants again. ... show more

For the cost, these lights are pretty good. They're super easy to set up and use. All of my plants that need bright indirect sunlight are happy under these lights. I tested a few full sun plants under these lights and they aren't quite strong enough to keep those plants happy. I only recommend these lights for plants that need bright indirect light. Also, I tried to hook these up to a smart plug so I could time it digitally, but once these lights are switched off they reset. It would be cool if they could stay on the same setting when turned off and on. ... show more

The LED strips are solid and do not have the dotty look. The timer was a bonus for me - you can set it to different durations and then it will repeat that every day! Installation is easy with the provided adhesive strips. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I had this product since Feb 2021 and it stopped working properly around early-Oct. 2023, and for the record, I did not use it every day. I'm not sure what's the life expectancy of these lights but I would think that LEDs should last longer. When it did work it was a very good product. So, if you're willing to continue buying this every 2-2.5 years, it is a good light supplement for plants. ... show more

Item shipped fast, easy to set up. Lightweight. Inside the box is zip ties, double sided tape, and little screws so you can decide how to install. I used the zip ties. I like the way they daisy chain together, and used two lights per shelf for best coverage.

I’ve had these for about a year and the AC/DC adapter stopped working. Contacted customer service and they responded quickly, were so nice and offered to send me a new one! I’ve also noticed my plants love these lights and grow really well under them.
