The poles appear as described and look fine. They are easy to shape and use. They have worked great for supporting plants like my monstera. I also use plant ties securing a few leafs to it, and it has remained stable.

Very nice but I wish the sub soil portion was longer. The weight of the plant causes quite a bit of leaning because there isn't enough of the pole below soil.
