I plan to put lights inside to give a nice ambiance since I can finally enjoy my patio at night and not get bit up. I ordered this for in our tent. This allows us to camp on the buggy days and not worry about it. the material is light and hangs well from the ceiling. It packs away nice in a tight area. We have also hung this from our canopy on the beach at night and it has done well. If you are looking for an affordable lightweight netting this is ideal. I ordered the one for a queen size bed and it is great for everything we have used it for.

This mosquito net allows my mom to sit outside on her porch during this population explosion of the 17-year cicadas. Myself, I am not bothered by them, but she was too freaked out to go outside. Now she sits serenely, with the peace of mind that those little screamers can't land on her. It gives me peace of mind that the skeeters can't get her either - they're pretty bad this year. Good mosquito net! Nice and strong. It should last a few years.

Ordered this mosquito net for my hanging outdoor chair that I sit in and read. In the late spring and summer the chair becomes unusable because of the prolific mosquitos in my state. This net works perfectly hanging from a small tree limb over the chair. It's well-made with a foldable spring wire top, like a car windshield sunscreen, so it can be folded for storage. The only negative is that it has to drag on the ground to make the chair mosquito proof and it picks up small pieces of debris from the ground. But I would rather pick off a little debris than fight mosquitos.

So this thing is decent when all said and done and I like the length and the lacy details at the top. However, this thing is a little bit of a hazard to set up! I opened the package and the item is not secured in any way when you unwrap it. The metal hoop that hangs on the ceiling looked small to me and as I pulled the mosquito netting open the metal ring suddenly expanded without warning and popped me in the nose really forcefully. It was apparently doubled up and set for a spring loaded surprise! How could they not give any sort of zip tie or wire wrapping or anything at all to secure the hoop and prevent it from flying open like that? Absolutely a hazard and I paid the price. Not happy with their lack of concern for safety

This net is a nice tight mesh that is too small for mosquitoes to fit through. It's large enough to cover my bed but it does slant inward like a teepee so I sometimes feel it on the edge of the bed . That's no big deal but if you fall asleep up against the net the mosquitoes can land on it and they can bite you through the net. The way around this is to increase the size of the ring it hangs from so the net hangs straight down or sleep in the middle of the bed.

I ordered this netting to go around my chair on my front porch. I like to sit outside and enjoy nature, but not mosquitos! It doesn't quite reach the ground (because the hook is so far up) so I'm going to put a 12-inch long string on the hook and then it will lower the net a little so it touches the ground. It came with a decorative plastic attachment with a sticker or 2 molly bolts / screws, but in my case, I already had a hook on my porch ceiling, so I was able to use that instead. This netting works effectively and I would recommend it.
