I did not anticipate the loft and warmth of this duvet inset…great loft in the batting and very warm. As well, I did not want anything that cannot be washed in my large capacity washer. Keep in mind you may need to use a commercial washing machine to wash this. If covered with a duvet, that may only be once a year. ... show more

I have a King Size bed and ordered this to use when I have my duvet cover out for cleaning. It's VERY soft and fluffy, but extremely lightweight at same time. I got pink, but I think I may get it in blue and use this one for guests staying over. Recommended.
