I did not anticipate the loft and warmth of this duvet inset…great loft in the batting and very warm. As well, I did not want anything that cannot be washed in my large capacity washer. Keep in mind you may need to use a commercial washing machine to wash this. If covered with a duvet, that may only be once a year.

My husband and I tend to fight over the covers at night when they are not wide enough.
