This is the first review I’ve ever written, however I know if anyone looking for a cheaper alternative to salon extensions like me, I spent HOURS reading reviews, watching YouTube videos, and TikTok videos on different brands and methods to install them. So I’m going to try and answer all the questions I had in detail to hopefully help someone else out! So first off, I got colors #P18/613 and #14P613. Out of the package and on my hair, they’re basically the same color. P18/613 had some warmer, darker highlights but nothing noticeable as you can tell by the pictures and videos. I have the 20 inch extensions in both colors. Next, I only have 2 packs in. I have naturally thinner hair as you can see for reference in the first image. So two packs were just enough to do the brick layering method. I didn’t want to add to much weight/thickness since my natural hair isn’t thick by any means. I wanted these to look like my natural hair as much as possible. For the front pieces I did cut one tape in half to create smaller pieces that will flow easier when I move and play with my hair. My overall goal was to add a little length but mostly thickness. My natural hair is probably 3-4 inches shorter than these extensions so thickness and volume is what my primary concern was. Now the quality: beautiful. They come super soft and they look like real hair which again for someone going for the “as natural as possible” look this was great. The tapes are very sticky but not in a bad way. As someone who installed these herself, it was nice that when I was working on the back of my head, once I placed the bottom part of the sandwich this puppy was holding its place. It feels secure and I’d already slept twice, brushed multiple times, and curled by the time I took that video. The tapes are almost invisible so you really have to have good lighting when installing these so you actually match the two sandwich pieces together. They’re super lightweight compared to the Bellami Clip in extensions I had a couple of years back. In comparison to those, the quality is almost identical except these have less grams per pack so I believe I had 100g total instead of the 300g that I had with my clip ins…HOWEVER I actually like these. They’re not heavy and I don’t feel like I have too much hair on my head. Curling power is somewhere I’m going to need practice. I have a Conair curling iron so these curls just didn’t hold but neither does my natural hair to an extent. I’ve also found using a straightener to curl my hair is the best method for me as I can get my curls to hold for 3-4 days easy. I’ve applied oil, dry shampoo, shampoo/conditioner to these extensions and it did not seem to mess them up or loosen the tape. So, overall great purchase and I will be repurchasing these extensions. I haven’t been through the removal process yet but I will update if for some reason I have a horrible experience. Great extensions! Definitely worth the try!

I really loved this hair when I got it. The color was great and matched my hair spot on. Everything was fine for about a week. Then it started to tangle and shed. I can literally brush my hair, and in less than 5 minutes it's tangled already. I use only high end sulfate free products to wash/condition and style my hair so it has to be the hair. I am noticing that others have had this issue recently also. Maybe it's just a bad batch of hair, IDK. Every time I brush it, it sheds like crazy. I really wanted these extensions to work because the color was a perfect match, but at this point I am going to have to take them out or I am afraid it will damage my real hair. YIKES!! I know that Moresoo has reached out to people with this issue before. I am hoping they respond to this review because if it's just a bad batch of hair I would definitely try them again but not for hair that will tangle like this. I have hair everywhere just trying to keep it smooth. I have to brush it continually because it bunches up and then becomes knotted and will not even lay flat. I don't even have to be in the wind for it to do this. It will tangle indoors 5 minutes after I just brushed it. Moresoo, please HELP!! UPDATE: Moresoo reached out to me the day after I wrote this to offer help! After sending pics to them, they are sending me another set of 20 tape-ins. I will update again once I switch these out for the new ones. Hoping I just got a bad batch of hair. Customer Service has definitely been more than helpful! UPDATE #2: So, Moresoo's Zhang, from customer service has done an amazing job of making sure that my replacement extensions are being sent. Once I receive them and trade out with the ones I currently have in, I will let you know if there is an improvement in quality. Thank you Zhang!!

My hair is taking foreverrrrr to return to its normal thickness since going through Chemo for breast cancer. Being very tired of wigs, hair pieces, hair clips etc.. I’ve tried them all and I’m getting very impatient so, I decided to splurge on Prime Day and bought 3 packs of the Moresso hair tape. Upon arrival the hair was nicely packaged, shiny, pretty color and so silky! I couldnt wait to try them out! Although it didn’t match my hair color exactly I think it blended in okay. It was my first time ever installing hair tape but, I took my time and think I did a pretty good job. They definitely added length and volume! I was ecstatic just to be able to make a pony tail again! Well, all was good until the next day. I was wearing my hair up in a clip and my son tells me he sees red string in the back of my head. LoL! I’m thinking he’s messing with me and blow it off. Next day again, he tells me that I have red string in my hair and tries to pull it out. Long story short this weekend I tried to find this red string in the back of my head but, couldn't and decided to just remove the hair tapes. It was such a frustrating process because, I only had them in a week and they were in very good! I did finally find the red string! Several of the hair tapes actually had a bright red string (see pics) woven into them! I totally did not notice the red strings beforehand. I’m guessing I was probably more focused on the mirror behind me, not falling off my bathroom counter, and getting the hair tape in straight. Lol! I wasted so much money and time; I’m bummed! Maybe I’ll try them again but, Moresso needs better Quality Control checks. 11/25/23: I updated my review from 1 to 5 stars because Moresoo Customer Service was very quick to respond and fix my concern! I wasn’t expecting that since I’ve never received a response from a review especially a bad one but, I couldn't be happier with their prompt response to make things right and I will definitely be a returning customer and referring them to my female friends!
