Okay, I've very rarely written reviews (good or bad) but every time I style my hair I think "I really need to write one!" I just got done washing/conditioning my hair today and finally sat down to tell you my thoughts - hope it helps anyone considering Moresoo hair! For the past year, I've been trying different hair extensions and have had mixed experiences. I live in the desert, so I expected dryness, brittleness, and damage from the sun. That's normal, right? That's what I got with other brands (not naming names). They were soft at the beginning and as soon as I (gently) washed them, they got frizzy and dry and nearly driving me crazy with how much deep conditioner and oils and leave in conditioner I was using just to keep them manageable. I thought it was because I wasn't spending $1,000 on extensions and figured that's how life is. Before I took the plunge into the crazy expensive extension world, I decided to try these out. The reviews were mostly good, some bad (as always) but they were on sale so I gave it a shot. I'm SO glad I did!! These were insanely soft when I put them in (but they all are, right?) and figured they would frizz like the others I'd used. Nope! I put these in about a month ago and usually condition them twice a week, washing once a week or every other week and they are STILL nice and soft! They are in great condition, curl and straighten well, and fit my natural hair color perfectly! Now for downsides (because there are always some). I was a little on the fence about the thickness of the hair. Normally, I would get 60 pieces and it would feel pretty full. For these, I ordered 80 just in case and wound up using pretty much all of them to get the fullness I wanted. Not a big deal at all and, honestly, this may be because these are still healthy and didn't frizz up after the first wash (which is actually a good thing lol). Also, I did notice one of the tapes needs replaced today but honestly, after a month, that's really not terrible! I do use sulfate-free shampoo (Verb Ghost works great!) and It's A 10 leave in conditioner (because, again, desert). Otherwise, I don't feel like I HAVE to style it every day which is awesome! This pic is just after a shower and blow dry (no straightening or anything) and it looks and feels great! Seriously, thank you Moresoo for making such great extensions and saving me a TON of money!!! I'll definitely be ordering when I need a fresh set!

My hair is taking foreverrrrr to return to its normal thickness since going through Chemo for breast cancer. Being very tired of wigs, hair pieces, hair clips etc.. I’ve tried them all and I’m getting very impatient so, I decided to splurge on Prime Day and bought 3 packs of the Moresso hair tape. Upon arrival the hair was nicely packaged, shiny, pretty color and so silky! I couldnt wait to try them out! Although it didn’t match my hair color exactly I think it blended in okay. It was my first time ever installing hair tape but, I took my time and think I did a pretty good job. They definitely added length and volume! I was ecstatic just to be able to make a pony tail again! Well, all was good until the next day. I was wearing my hair up in a clip and my son tells me he sees red string in the back of my head. LoL! I’m thinking he’s messing with me and blow it off. Next day again, he tells me that I have red string in my hair and tries to pull it out. Long story short this weekend I tried to find this red string in the back of my head but, couldn't and decided to just remove the hair tapes. It was such a frustrating process because, I only had them in a week and they were in very good! I did finally find the red string! Several of the hair tapes actually had a bright red string (see pics) woven into them! I totally did not notice the red strings beforehand. I’m guessing I was probably more focused on the mirror behind me, not falling off my bathroom counter, and getting the hair tape in straight. Lol! I wasted so much money and time; I’m bummed! Maybe I’ll try them again but, Moresso needs better Quality Control checks. 11/25/23: I updated my review from 1 to 5 stars because Moresoo Customer Service was very quick to respond and fix my concern! I wasn’t expecting that since I’ve never received a response from a review especially a bad one but, I couldn't be happier with their prompt response to make things right and I will definitely be a returning customer and referring them to my female friends!

***UPDATE*** 7-9-23 *** It has been two months and I have not received the replacement extensions as promised by “Marta”. Screenshots of the conversation and phone number “Marta” contacted me from are available as evidence, and will post those screenshots if need be. Perhaps this will speed up the process, although I believe I may have been scammed. **UPDATE** 5-25-23 ** - currently awaiting a tracking number - I was contacted by Marta from Moresoo on 5-15-23, she was really kind and friendly. She offered to replace my order with their premium virgin hair extensions and also gave me the option of any other color. Marta assured me that as a company they can promise that if I was not satisfied with the new replacement hair quality, they'd be there to provide a satisfied solution for me. My hair has broken and fallen out since hitting perimenopause and it has been so hard to deal with emotionally. I had hair to the middle of my back nearly my entire life and to have to cut it to almost chin length was rough. These tape ins have been phenomenal. I tried wigs and clip ins and they weren't cutting it. These tape ins feel like my hair. The match was incredible. I did 100g of 16" but ordered another 50g for the final top few rows and the side. After I get it trimmed to blend I think it'll be absolutely perfect. Update: One month later and I'm still very happy with these. I moved about half up and it was fairly easy, hair handled it fine, and I was able to remove old tape and put new tape on. Very happy with these. Update: 3 months later and they are still doing good. I am noticing more shedding when brushing but I've had them in for almost 6 weeks. I will do a deep conditioning and maybe use them again but for 3 months use I am very happy with them.

So far so good. I installed these 2 weeks ago and I have been happy overall. I find them to be better quality than the blond options from Full Shine which get very frazzled after the first wash. I did trim these up after about a week and a half, as the ends were quickly looking frayed, but I think they are not too bad. These extensions dry very wavy- So, they do require some heat styling and there was a lot of static, so I think the hair was a little dry, but these had the best root tone of all the different ones I ordered. I think the color appears lighter and ashier than the photo shown, but I like the tone and after about 4 washes there is a little fading of the ash, but they are not brazzy at all, just a little more neutral. I did mix a few ashy brown pieces here and there to improve the blend and I ended up brightening my ends a little and tonig my natural hair, which was a little brassy near the regrowth and very yellow at the ends- the toner blend that worked perfect was Redken Shades EQ in 10NB with clear and 9V- if that helps give anyone an idea of the tone these are. Next install, if these last that long, I am actually planning to mix 4 shades. A light butter blond, these ashy toned ones and a warm and cool balyage brown. I have realized the secret to a nice natural blend, especially for multi-tonal blonds is a mix of tones. It helps, especially if your natural hair is shorter than the extensions.

I have been using extensions for over four years now. This is definitely the best hair for the money. It doesn’t tangle and it doesn’t look like completely crazy frizz out after one or two washes. Normally the other hair brands, you can keep in there for 1-1.5 months. I can make it at at least 2-3months. One issue is there are not alot of color ranges for blond. I tried the highlight blonde like previously and it looked very brassy. Some purple shampoo did help, but the extensions were showing through my hair constantly since the top of the tape is a lighter color.. The ones I’m using have a very long balayage area which is not typical to long hair. Like 4 plus inches of dark. I’m making it work. Luckily my hair that covers is just a bit longer. The big issue is the tape! The stuff that comes on the hair, will not stay! Every single one of them has to be re-taped. The first time I tried this hair, they all fell out within the first 48 hours or after the first wash. luckily, I had spare tape that I had already purchased. If you plan to use these, make sure to buy a pack of good tapes and re-tape them all before putting them into your hair. On a sidenote, I did buy the injection hair tape ins, there are five of them. They are meant to stick directly to your hair and not be sandwiched. Bad bad design. The idea seems good at the top of your head where you can’t see the tape. So if it was windy, You wouldn’t see the tape in definitely hidden. Love that idea. Whatever glue they use basically sticks to your head and makes goo. There is not a chance of peeling it out or getting it off of the actual extension piece. It’s disgusting. The only thing I can do now is use a glue remover to try to get it out of my hair which may danger the other extensions. Basically the heat from your head I think it supposed to activate whatever this glue is but it’s a terrible design and not one of those lasted past the first wash. I like the idea, but I do think they need to be sandwiched with something else underneath. One of these fell out when I was at an event and I had a big gooey spot in my hair and the rest of my hair kept sticking to it. Total disaster!

I want to preface this review by saying, I have worked in a salon for quite a few years in the past. Salons that have specialized in extension applications. I have also been wearing tape in extensions for about 3 years. At my initial extension appointment I spent right over $1000 to have my hair done and put in. These extensions are just about the exact same quality and live up to that level of expectation. Sounds crazy right? Hear me out… I ordered two packs of the 24 inch, color #60. Each pack is advertised to be 50grams. I weighed each bundle and as you can see, one bundle was 48 grams. The other bundle was 46grams. And while I know that isn’t exactly 50, nonetheless that is pretty impressive for an Amazon based company selling these for this price! Moving on to color: Both of my bundles were the exact same color. I noticed several other reviews had issues with ordered multiple packs and them arriving in different shades. As you can see in the photos, these are identical and are a beautiful shade of golden blonde. In certain lighting they are lighter. I have added a video to show that as well. Moving on to length: There’s not much to say about the length other than I literally measured each bundle with a tape measure and they actually are about an inch LONGER than 24 inches. So I’m very impressed with that. Moving on to quality and thickness: The quality of these is actually amazing to me. As I mentioned before, I’m appalled at the fact that I EVER spent $1000 on hair in the past. This hair is extremely soft. I have been running my hands and a brush through it for about an hour now and absolutely no shedding has happened yet. I also straightened them with a flat iron set on 390 degrees, and they did NOT burn or have a burning smell at all and they remained very soft. The ends did not fray. The thickness is good. It’s not PERFECT but it is good. It’s not too thin. That is why I ordered two packs and I’m glad that I did! Usually anybody needs more than one pack anyways. Ask your hairstylist and they will tell you that. You can’t order one pack and expect it to be full and luscious. The ends of these are a tad bit thin but to be honest, I think that makes it look way more natural. You don’t want bulky ends. Moving on to tape: I will not be using their tape as I am a huge fan of Big Kizzy Extension Tape. Found on Amazon as well for $20. I just can’t switch to any other tape because that is the best that I’ve trust thus far. All in all, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this hair and I will DEFINITELY be a returning customer!!! 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you Moresoo!
