First photo shows complete, second shows the process (to show how GREAT the color match is!). I did have an issue with the item, I ordered a 40 piece set and they only sent 20 so I had to request a replacement, they did, it came fairly quickly and I only had to have my hair half done for a day. Easy to put in if you know what you're doing. Great hair quality, although I haven't washed or curled it yet. Blends nicely. Great color match as forementioned. I personally don't like tape ins cause they itch and they're obvious with my hair type but for the price this is a great way to get more volume or length.

I‘m disappointed that the quality of these extensions just aren’t what they used to be! I previously a couple packs a year (or so) ago and was pretty impressed at the quality, so I decided to buy them again… but these seem different and not in a good way. I bought the P9A-60 this time and while the color is beautiful, I immediately noticed them already begin to tangle. I’ve worn a lot of affordable extensions and so I’m aware that the more affordable extensions can tangle up a bit after the first couple washes, but this was right out of the bag! If they’re already tangling now, god knows what they would look like after washing them. To their credit, the color is really nice (as I mentioned above) and they are still pretty soft, but they’re just not as soft or shiny as they once were or like the brands Hetto or Lacer are. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I think these may be a return for me. EDIT 1: Marta reached out to me very soon after I uploaded my original review and was BEYOND accommodating, offering multiple options of how to rectify the situation. I’m INCREDIBLY impressed with the customer service provided and can say with confidence it is the best I have ever received from a brand on Amazon. They agreed to refund me for the extensions and even offered to send me a set of hair from a new batch, free of charge! I will try update again after I receive the new extensions to share their quality but regardless, I’m still incredibly impressed and appreciative Moresoo’s accountability and eagerness to listen to their customers and improve their products for them. For this reason, I feel super encouraged to continue exploring their products and give them another go. Thanks so much Moresoo (and Marta) for caring about your customers and making it right!!

Edit** They reached out to me very quickly and were really sweet. They offered a refund and to send some more extensions with whatever color i wanted. The hair quality and color were amazing. I have since cutt my hair but when I do go long again I'm definitely purchasing from here. Previous: I ordered 2 18 inch burgundy tape in extensions. When I got them there was 1 burgundy 18 in and 1 12 in light brown tape in extensions. First 2 completely different lengths and second 2 different colors. I tried to go on the website 4 times to contact them and the site kept redirecting me so I'm very frustrated. Now the hair quality just from looking at it looks really great and through the mesh feels very soft.

I have bought these for 5 years.. was promised a free set after buying 5 sets.. never happened.. the last 2 sets had terrible defective tape ends and only lasted 2 weeks each.. will never buy Moresso extensions again!!!

Where do I start...plus side they arrived very quickly I ordered tape-in extensions in 14 inch 16 inch and 18 inch all in 60A which is supposed to be white blond. Nothing white about any of these. The 16inch were so yellow that I returned for an exchange and again second set still yellow while the 14 and 18 inch are like a beige like ash blond..my hair is platinum white I literally had to strip toner from my hair tone the 16inch with purple shampoo just to have some type of a matching color. Then I literally spent 2 hours plucking out red hairs from every single tape I'm not even kidding it's absolutely awful im only wearing them cuz I had no other choice. I really had high hopes for there's but yeah no... and the shedding I experienced after I installed them was ridiculous like I had to clean my hair brush out twice before finishing brushing and I have a loop brush specifically for tape in extensions so it's not that....and I haven't do e the burn test but I'm pretty darn sure that these are mixed with synthetic hair . I have had 💯 percent human hair and these are so not..there's shiny bits throughout the hair and it won't even hold a curl I've had several different brands of extensions and theses are by far the worst ones ever but I'm stuck cuz I can't afford to buy other ones now not with being a single mom of 3 with only 1 income. The shine and texture of them feels like the wig I wore for Halloween literally can't get them to blend with my hair at all.as soon as you brush them they literally Frizzell right up the ends are so plit that they look like extensions that have been worn for many many many many months already. I truly am not one for leaving reviews let alone negative ones but I don't want anyone else to get stuck like I did with something soooo not what is being advertised.also the pics I have enclosed are all taken today Dec 6th I installed all the extensions Dec 6th they have only been in my hair for 8 hrs not washed not straightened not curled no hair products absolutely NOTHING and again there is absolutely no way this are 9a grade human hair with the amount of short split ends the frizz already I haven't slept in the or nothing. So now I'm out the money that I spent for theses 3 packs of extensions not are not at all what I expected fir the same price that I paid for all my previous hair extensions. So definitely read reviews watch videos and even then really think hard before you hit that purchase button cuz I know sadly I will not be. **UPDATE** MARTA FROM MORESSO is super sweet and great. She literally reached out to me in regards to my review and apologized and literally offered me over 50% of what I originally spent on my purchase. Less than a week...I have worked in retail/customer service most of my life and Marta is Definitely one of the absolute good ones at her job. Customer service alone will make me purchase again in the future....
