So I’m extremely disappointed in the hair I’ve been receiving from moressoo. It had been awhile since I used extensions but these last few orders of tape ins and micro links have been very disappointing. The hair has BROKEN SO BAD THAT THE EXTENSIONS ARE LITERALLY 6+ inches SHORTER after a week or two. I’ve been wearing extensions in and off my entire life because my mother is a cosmologist(my first set of extensions was twenty years ago before they were as cheap and as accessible to the public like they are today. With that being said feel like with deman up quality has definitely been more disappointing than ever!! This used to be my favorite brand but the last year I’ve bought more than five or six times and been so disappointed every single time being forced to take them out as soon as I washed them(which I would push as far as my dry shampoo would take me, using the best of the best hair products, satin pillow cases satin wrap around my head with braid at night, etc and the amount of shedding, constant tangles immediately after you brush the hair, and the frizz so bad without straight lathering it with oil it was unbearable. I thought I had pictures but I can’t find them and diddnt thibk to save any of the hair because I wasn’t even going to write this review, but I honestly want to know what they have changed from a few years ago because ive been searching other brands on Amazon with no luck and am just so frustrated that the hair quality has changed so drastically. Not just with this brand but a few others I’ve used in the past with success. I don’t ever wear them for 6-8 weeks never have but when they start getting trashed even before your first wash (I live in Sarasota, FL, humidity is a hair killer, but this worst than I’ve ever seen). When you can’t even tolerate it in a braid, I had no choice but to remove it after a 9 days and one shanooo this most recent try. The micro links lose clumps of a hair even during install. I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE CHNAGED BUT ID RATHER PAY A LITTLE MORE FOR THE OLD QUALITY OF HAIR YOU WERE KNOWN FOR EVEN IN PROFESSIONAL SALONS HERE IN FL! Then this synthetic blend/plastic hair you are selling now! Please tell me what it is that has changed and why quality just isn’t there like it used to be!

The root color that fades into the blonde is done very well. I’ve purchased from other companies and the color was done very poorly and you could see the lines of demarcation. However, these do NOT do that. I absolutely will purchase these again.

OBSESSEDDD! this is my 2nd order because I wanted my hair to be longer 😂. These stay in for months and it adapted with my hair texture so well and does well with heat and product. 1 box (50 strands) was perfect for my whole head, didn’t need anymore. Color match was also Excellent!! 🫶🏼

When I first started purchasing these I probably would have given them four stars. Just because of the slight inconsistencies in the beads however the past three or four boxes that I have purchased I would say 50% of them are not usable. I'm only able to pull a few strands of hair through each bead which isn't enough to allow them to latch onto so they stay securely and when I run my fingers through my hair they slide out. The last two boxes that I've tried to do touch-ups with over the past two days have been so beyond difficult to thread in, that I literally have indents on my thumbs and calluses from pulling on the beads trying to get them to slide over my natural hair. It's a catch-22 with these if you put too much hair in it then it's not going to slide over the beads so you can secure them but if you don't put enough hair in them, then the beads are going to slide right off because they don't have enough to attach on to. When I get home from work I'm going to try to remember to take a photo of the number of strands in my trash. I would say maybe eight or nine pieces out of this last box I was trying to use today actually were attached to my hair and that was after a lot of swearing and trying to pull on the release beads with the pliers. I got to a point where I couldn't even try to put anymore in because the pain in my fingers were so bad holding on to the ends of them so tightly trying to pull them over my hair. I don't know what's going on with their Quality Control Department if they're even is one but the quality has definitely gone downhill in the past few months. When I first started purchasing these I may have had issues with a handful of strands out of a few boxes and it just seems to be more and more of them are becoming unusual and I would rather pay an extra $10 for a box of different hair from a different company that is not going to leave my fingers torn up when I try to install these. The only reason I gave them three stars is because I couldn't find 2.5 the price point is great and the hair itself looks awesome when and if you can actually get it installed properly but the amount that I've had to throw away or that I have lost, takes away from the other two positive points because if I can't use a product I don't care how cheap it is and how good it looks, if it's unusable what's the point. I'm really hoping this was just a bad lot and they go back to the better quality that they once were but I have my doubts
