Honest review! I have had these extensions in for 2.5 months and just moved them up about two weeks ago. When I first put these in they were amazing! Super silky and soft, you can definitely tell they are real hair! They curled and straightened really good too! The tape on these extensions are amazing and they held up through everything, including showers and working out. After a few months I noticed how they seemed to get dry and brittle, so I made sure to wait until I have fully tried them in order to reach out to customer service. Customer service was amazing. I gave them a call and they answered right away and were ready to help. I was then put in contact with someone who was very eager to help me out. If you have any problems with their hair, don’t hesitate to talk to their customer service! Some of the best I’ve ever talked to! That being said here’s some tips to keep in mind with first time tape in users: 1. ALWAYS wear protected hairstyle to bed! Not only a braid or a bun but wear a silk bonnet if you can! 2. Always apply leave in conditioner to the mids and especially the ends. As well as always oil your hair. 3. Try not to apply too much heat! If you do don’t short out of heat protectant and oil. 4. Don’t wash them more than 3 times a week. In the shower try not to use shampoo with sulfates! These really were amazing extensions and the customer service makes them even better. Definitely give them a try!

The hair arrived in clean pretty packaging and the length is probably over the 16” as ordered which is great! However I’m not so pleased with the quality of the hair. It is said to be human hair but all three of my batches behave as if it is synthetic :( I truly wanted to leave them installed and work with them but I went to the store (nothing vigorously done with my head, no bobbing and weaving or head slamming lol) but when I was done walking in the store as I got in the car I ran my hands through the hair and it was sooooo KNOTTED! I couldn’t believe it. I washed the hair trying to give it the benefit of the doubt making sure to leave conditioner to sit on the strands and it still would not budge. I even tried one more effort to make it work by doing light heat styling as you should be able to do with human hair extensions, but it was as if I ran a cold iron on the hair. No curl stayed or even formed. Even blow drying the hair on cool left it feeling very rough :((. I’m not mad I’m just disappointed. I really do love Moresoo, I have purchased clip ins before and they treated me well and I wanted to pull the trigger on a more semi permanent hair option but alas I have this review to write instead. Maybe (anyone else readying my review) your batch will be better!! Maybe it will be incredibly soft and hold a curl and not knot just by walking outside for a second, but I believe I will be returning these extensions .
