I had been having problems with our mugs being too small and slopping coffee on the counter while stirring, and the handles on them gathering too much heat while in the microwave. These mugs are the perfect size. Not to big and not to little. They so far have not gathered any heat in the microwave. They come out of the dishwasher great! These are really pretty coffee mugs and a nice size. They feel like really nice mugs. I like the terra-cotta at the bottom of the mug and I love the colors. I split up the box and gave one of each mug to my bookclub girls and I want a set of my own.
