This came early!! YAY! I bought this to help keep my phone and tablets charged. I would have appreciated a folded pamphlet or little booklet that shows how to use this power source. I also thought it had a plug affixed to plug it into a wall outlet. But there is available links to their site that shows everything you need to use this mophie. I am so glad to have it.     • Don’t fall for the scam: Old, defective stock

Don’t fall for the trap, you see a good deal good price on these but there’s a catch. These are either used, old or defective units. Firstly after fully charging overnight all 4 lights light up saying it’s fully charged but soon as you charge your phone it goes down to 3 lights. That’s evidence of old and defective product. Secondly it doesn’t automatically charge when you plug it in like normal mophie are suppose to. More evidence of it being old and defective stock. I also bought the 20,000 mAh one with same issues. Avoid Scamazon when buying brand name stuff like chargers there’s too many ebayers on this website now. Ruined the quality. Zagg bought out Mophie in 2016 and also ruined the quality. Mophie people left Zagg and creating thier own company called Nimble with higher quality chargers than Mophie and eco friendly too but they are twice the price as Mophie. Worth it imo for supporting good people and a good cause. Zagg is your typical dirtbag corporation that sells overpriced $50 screen protectors that break too quickly and easily than charge the customers tons of fees to get it fix or replaced. They bought out Mophie in 2016. They banned me too for calling their scambaggery out. Buy Nimble chargers only they are the best! ... show more
