It feels like a quality product but the charging cable they include is a whopping 4” long at most and it doesn’t come with an USB-A outlet adapter, so we had to dig up an old iPhone adapter which couldn’t handle the power draw and nearly melted. We had to use our own USB-C iPad charging cable to finally get it to charge. Then we tried to charge our devices and only the USB-C charging port worked. Neither of the USB-A ports functioned despite trying multiple cables. The documentation is utterly lacking and inaccurate - I don’t care how intuitive you think your product is, you still need at least a short paragraph explaining how to charge the power back and then how to charge devices. Nothing about that in the packaging or on the website. Super disappointed. ... show more

I do deliveries and my phone would constantly run out of power from running navigation apps all day. I tried another power pack, and it would just keep my phone going so I wouldn't have to deal with low battery messages all the time. This actually adds power to my phone while I'm using it!!!! I just have to make sure I charge the power pack up when it gets down to 1 light, or it won't have enough power for my phone. ... show more

I tried to charge the power bank for daaaysss but it would not charge beyond two lights (which is where I received it on). I used it once at a wedding, it charged my phone amazingly well; however, when I went home to try to charge the power bank, it wouldn’t charge beyond one light.
