What a great idea. We used to have a camper trailer that fairly regularly hit the with us - or I guess we hit the road with the camper - anyhow, that camper used propane for everything. Sometimes we would forget to check the propane levels at the most inopportune times. To make things worse, sometimes we would remember, but there were two tanks and we would often assume there one of the tanks was full. I wish we had this device in our hands. We just bought a retirement mobile home in Morro Bay, a home with many appliances running on propane. Since we’ve had this device we have never found ourselves without power. If you depend on propane for your home or camper, get one of these.

Works like a dream. Really helps with managing Propane. I live full time in a 40 foot RV. This is a really good thing to have Very easy to use.

Seems to be working and accurate. The set up process is very straight forward. The only problem you might run into is this.... the tank mounting hardware from your manufacturer might be in the way of the tank's sending unit. If a bolt touches the sending unit it will send false information or show no information at all. The pre-drilled mounting points are kind of random, and depending on what holes they used at the factory might create this problem. The simple fix, just drill a new hole that's out of the way and not making contact with the sending unit.

Don’t know how they do it, but they work excellently. While camping, I can tell what the fuel tank readings are at a glance.

Update: Finally got someone via email. They said they had been closed for the holidays and were jammed up after the holidays. So I can understand that. But there automatic reply said they would respond within 24 hours. In the 21 century I think the message could be changed to info the customer sorry we will be closed until this date. They did help and sent out another LED display. Which is working now. So overall I am satisfied with the mopeka LP tank monitor system. Gave them 4 stars would have been 5 but they need to take better care of their customers. Installed a 2 tank pro check bundle. 1 monitor showed tank at a 1/4 when it was at 54%. Tried repairing 4 times with same result. Mopeka does not have phone contact for customer service you have to do an on their website ticket. I have filled out 6 tickets since 11/28/24 with no response other than the automated response we will respond within 24 hrs. What a joke. Still have not heard from them. So I’m returning the complete kit to Amazon. If I cannot find another company for monitoring my propane I’ll go gold school and the ultimate reliability plan. When the gas stops the tank is empty. Cheaper, more reliable and saves the planet from the batteries and my blood psi from such a crappy company. I’d rate them -100 if I could.

Easy to install with all the parts included. LED display was easily installed and paired to sensors. I did have some issues with calibration, started with a known full tank, figured calibration out and then accurately read a tank that is near empty. Really good product that I wish I’d gotten earlier.

I'm 90% sure some Chinese company will "Knock off" this technology and offer it cheaper (which is unfortunate, because it's worth every penny for what it does) at some point. I can't think of ANY better way to monitor my RV's (Travel Trailer) propane levels than with this kit. On an RV, the tanks are under a cover, so checking the level of propane is a special kind of pain. Without unbolting them, shaking them, pouring water on them, or relying on notoriously inaccurate "inline, pressure gauges" I can now check the real-time levels of propane in BOTH of my tanks. It turns out that even though we've been camping now for our 2nd season (weekend warrior state parks style...), we have only used a little of the propane in one tank, and a tiny bit of the other (just for testing the switchover valve of our TT). 57% in Tank1, 90% in Tank2 Sweet. I can save the cost of "upgrading to 30lb tanks" since I've learned that it is simply not necessary for our seasonal camping style.

The installation went well and the advice to take the sensor off before filling was much appreciated. The only thing I changed for the installation was to use a piece of belting for the bottom to give clearance for the sensors. .y belting is almost a half inch thick. I used the bandsaw and a holesaw to make it. Industrial supply for many industries use belting and may have a scrap. The unit works very well and I'm a happy camper with it.
