  • Mopar sensor
Exactly what I needed and received ahead of time ! So awesome !

  • This is the original equipment but somewhat difficult to change out.
This Mopar oil pressure sensor/switch (OE 0514 9062 AB) fit my 2012 Jeep GC Overland 5.7 Hemi fine. It solved my error code problem with the "P0520 Engine Oil Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction". I had to get to it underneath with the passenger-side front body jacked up plus used a jack-stand. I remove the switch using a deep-well 1-1/16" socket with an extension. The plastic bottom engine cover needed removed as well as the oil filter. You could tell this was the original sensor since the red plastic clip on the plastic electrical connector was on top of the switch. I had to use a small screwdriver to try to get this clip removed but of course I broke it but didn't hurt the connector which still locked. It doesn't help you can't see the connector on top of the switch so you're doing this by feel. Mopar always puts super thick gasket sealer on the switch threads then lets it dry. Make sure you get the threads started straight and tighten it good but don't break your new sensor. BTW, you could see a little oil in my old switch around the 3 connector pins so it had failed between the brass and plastic causing the error code. Good luck. ... show more

  • Works perfectly
Had to replace the oil pressure sensor in my 2009 RAM 1500 with the 5.7 HEMI. Was getting oil pressure readings of 99 psi even at idle. I waited until I was doing an oil change to replace so that I didn’t have to deal with oil running out of the sensor port. They make a socket for this sensor that has the rounded corners and is available at most auto part stores however I purchased a standard socket so that it could be used elsewhere if necessary. No problems installing- just be sure to not over tighten the sensor ... show more

  • Worked great for my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan
This was actually Mopar 5149062AB, but apparently that's the same, but updated part. Replacing this with the special deep socket worked great.

  • Failed after 4 months/926 Miles!!!
Would have expected better quality from Mopar as this is supposed to be a genuine OEM Mopar Oil Pressure Switch. I’m starting to wonder if this is a knock off Amazon!!! Please investigate. Came in what looked to be an original Mopar Plastic Package but I’ve heard from quite a few reputable repair shops that Amazon has an issue with monitoring knock off merchandise from their 3rd party vendors so please investigate!!! • Fits 07 Charger RT
A few months ago, I noticed my oil pressure will starting to drop to 17psi- no codes (20psi is usually the norm for this HEMI). It would cause my Charger to go into limp mode. I replaced it with an O'Reilly oil pressure sensor and everything went back to normal. A few weeks later, it started to drop again. A Redditor advised me to swap it for a MOPAR part instead. I bought this part here, it came packaged in a OEM MOPAR bag. Installed it and I'm very pleased. My oil pressure went back up to 21 (tested for 3 days). I will update if there are any changes. ... show more

  • I received part number ending AB & to my knowledge is updated product or part number
Product is as described & looked to be the OEM part. I would have rated a 5 & will, if the part holds out. What I found frustrating & I don't hold against the seller. The part number ending in AA is not the part I received. I was sent a part, number ending in AB. After researching for a couple of hours the best answer I found was, this is the updated part or part number (5149062AB). Further frustration & again not with the seller, is the difference in design. Note to consumer, other DIY's such as myself & Mopar if your taking notes: I had purchased this vehicle new & know it's complete history. The original FACTORY PART "oil pressure sensor" on my 2006 300C 5.7L, has a normal 27mm socket fitting. Which is to say; a six (6) angular point, hexagon fitting. EVERY replacement part I searched, OEM or other, had a six (6) rounded point, hexagonal fitting. A specialty deep well socket, 27mm or 1 1/16 with rounded points, is needed to replace the new part. The specialty socket will not remove the factory part. When removing the factory sensor, a deep well 27mm 12 point socket worked for me. It is a PITA job, but replacement cost is over $800 & $170 diagnosis at the dealer in 2024. ... show more
