I had brought a couple spray mops and they worked alright but this is amazing. The spray on it is phenomenal. I don't have to spray 8 times and then mop. It's like the mist setting on a water nozzle. Makes my while apartment smell amazing while it cleans. I love that I can refill with whatever cleaner I want and the mop heads are washable. Amazing product! I highly recommend if you're new to spray mops. It will set the standard of what you should expect and if you have a spray mop that doesn't get the job done this is a great upgrade. Thanks!

I ordered the 18 inch mop with the 27 ounce bottle about 6 months ago. I like the mop and it is easy to use on my wood floors. Unfortunately after 6 months of occassional use the bottle is leaking. I went online to order a replacement. They only sell 400 ml and 700 ml bottles - not 27 ounce. The larger one looks like my bottle so I ordered it but it doesn't fit my mop at all. I went on the Panda Grip website and there is no way to order a replacement. I tried calling the phone number on the web site and it is no longer in service (!!). So now I am stuck with a mop I can't use. There is no way to order replacement bottle. There is no way to contact the manufacturer. It looks like they have gone out of business. I am stuck with a $30 mop that I can't use. Don't waste your money. Stick with the name brand mops. My bona mop lasted over 10 years before the bottle started to leak! What a waste of money. I wouldn't be so frustrated if they offered a replacement bottle or had ANY way to contact the company. Guess this is another sham company invented for amazon only with no company to back it up! Very dissapointing. Don't waste your money like I did!!
