I wanted a soft leather bag after purchasing one that was stiff and difficult to place comfortably on my lap when I travel to work. Didn't want to spend a huge amount of money. When I saw this purse, it appealed to me esthetically; the pretty blue color caught my eyes, and I also appreciated the two-tone design. When I received the handbag, I found the material soft and malleable so I can position it easier on my lap. It is a nice size and can hold my Kindle and phone. I also like the wide strap and the bag appears to be well-made and sturdy. There are a good number of pockets inside of the bag which is very convenient. So far, I'm not blue. Received this bag today really nice! Well made nice color would recommend this to anyone who wants to buy it. I'm sorry to say that I have to return it because it's smaller than what I needed to use it for. But I definitely recommend it! I really wish it would have worked out.

I like the metal accents. I hope they retail their shine over time. The wide handle is great for shoulder carry. I can also hold it by the handle and it doesn’t scrape the ground. (A good feature for us short people.) The interior pockets are great for organizing. The exterior pocket holds my large phone well. My only complaint is the slight difficulty of zipping the top of the bag. For that reason I don’t do it unless for security or keeping out wet weather. This bag is faux leather, but looks real and the color is lovely. I purchased the turquoise, tan & brown one. It is the perfect size to hold my smaller everyday bag which holds my cards, cash & keys. This bag will allow me to add my kindle, sunglasses or even a sandwich or a hardcover book. The top zips for security and there are zippered pockets both inside and on the back side of the bag. There are 2 open vertical pockets inside which would hold sunglasses and cell phone. The sholder strap is sturdy and held to the bag with sturdy metal rings and metal grommets in the leather part. It measures approximately 11" tall, 14"wide and 5" front to back at the bottom. The price listed on the tag was $38 but the Amazon price was much less. So it's a great deal. ... show more

I ordered the brown & black, but the purse I got is brown & darker brown. Like, def not black. Not even grey. It’s a darker brown. And not even dark chocolate brown. It’s closer to milk chocolate brown, maybe a bit lighter. Other than that, it’s great! Beautiful lining. Strap is a good length (not adjustable). Will def hold a lot.
