I am a maintenance man and I have used this paint to redo more than 10 houses now over the last few years. At $90 it was nice to buy a 5gal bucket (or two) for each house so I could have extra for touch up down the road, and that has worked out great. The paint itself is thick and goes on with one coat for the most part (some thin areas may need touch up) over most neutral paints. It looks really good once it is painted on. 2 of the buckets we got smell heavily of rotten milk. Since these are made from recycled paint (stuff you take to the dump) it is possible to get milk based paints mixed in, and that is clearly what happened. They took the stinky paints back and I got new ones without issue, though it did delay the work by a few days (I had not checked the paint until it was time to put it on the walls). This was the first brand of recycled paint I had tried, and at $90 for 5 gallons, I would never get another brand, but at $140 I will be trying other brands as well, and my boss just bought 11 new units needing probably 22 - 5 gallon buckets of paint to have left overs. ... show more

I have not opened the can of paint but it got to me all busted up inside even though the box didn’t appear to be banged up. It’s not a lot of spilled paint but it seems to be usable. it was also like 5 days delayed. As far as the quality of the paint I can’t speak on it until I get the rest of my painting supplies so I can paint my living room. I will keep you updated on that. Update: regardless of how my first can of paint arrived I was able to use it and my living room and kitchen look fantastic! I ordered a second can and it arrived b4 estimated delivery date and in perfect condition! I’m doing my bedrooms next and hope to see a few new colors added to the selection. The pain is all right, it may be a little thick and it doesn't spread as well as I thought it would. I had to buy four, five-gallon buckets to do one fence. But I guess the paint's all right. I am absolutely pleased with how this paint flows with even texture. It spreads evenly and if you use too much in one area it will stick out (visually) so you can adjust the area and spread paint to unpainted area . This saves paint, allowing the paint to go much further. I painted my driveway, bathroom, inside doors. Ceiling room divider that is stucco and had some missing stucco. The paint allowed for patchwork and the compromised areas now blend in with the seam and is hardly noticeable. Plus I love the color! Other than needing to touch up some spots on the doors? I only needed one coat of paint to really make the doors pop. I have paneling that is outdated and just plain ugly, the faux wood look had to go. So to break up the monotony, I painted the bedroom doors which there are 3 in master bedroom and it really takes the eye sore look of paneling away. I know I stated I love the color. But I REALLY love the color! I can go on and on about this paint. Also the ceiling fan blades but now against the contrast of beam, I see I need to paint the fan base as well.
