  • Cheap and cheerful - works nicely!
Style Name: X-Tree MIL Reticle
Is it a super high quality crisp and clear at any distance photo-fidelity optic? No. But you're not taking a picture through it, you're aiming at your target. The slight softness around the edges at full magnification is caused by cheaper optics, but it's still clear enough you can read any text all the way to the edge, and the center is nice and sharp. The chromatic aberration from about half zoom up looks a little funny, but you're not taking a photo and it doesn't affect your ability to aim through it, so it's fine by me. It holds zero nicely, is easy to adjust, and has very nice eye relief at minimum zoom varying to decent eye relief at full zoom. I put this on my 10/22 and 9mm carbine and have fun knowing I can hit my targets (within the limits of my ability anyway) and didn't spend more on an optic than my gun even when it's on my cheap ruger. ... show more

  • Excellent glass
Style Name: X-Tree MOA Reticle
Awesome glass with plenty of options/functions. I have this on my 6.5 Grendel and have absolutely flat weeded everything I've shot at. No runners, no stumbles just bang-drop. Easy to sight and can lock down zero once set. The glass is like vortex but the FFP at this price is amazing.

  • Good scope for the price point
Style Name: X-Tree MIL Reticle
It's really a 3 star scope but at this price it warrants a 4th star. Optics are fairly clear, I have much better scopes with much cleaner optics but at a much higher price. Focus knob is way stiff, might work itself out after a little use. Parallax adjustment is OK, im am getting old and so is my eyesight so I like a really fine parallax adjustment, this one is OK. Eye box and eye relief were a little sub par, not bad a 4 power but very narrowed and much closer eye relief than listed in teh description. Seems to be fairly well made and has lots of features so for a price point scope its really pretty good. At $170 its bucks it will work fine on this rifle as it's not a super recision application and probably won't ever reach out past 200 meters. ... show more

  • Impressive quality for such a low price
Style Name: X-Tree MOA Reticle
Installed on CZ 557 30-06 w/muzzle brake As an avid gun collector and builder I have had the opportunity to try many different optics on all levels of the totem pole. I had extremely low expectations for this optic. I was thoroughly impressed that this scope included scope rings and a sun shade ($100+ with many other brands). It felt well built right out of the box. I've handled $500 scopes that don't feel this good. So far I have 80 rounds of 30-06 through it and it's holding zero just fine. No issues dinging an 8" gong at 500 yards. 2 negatives Windage and Elevation adjustments are "spongy." They're not real crisp and clean adjustments but they do work. Parallax & illumination adjustments are very, very stiff. I'm sure if I work them back and forth for a while they will get easier. Bottom line. You won't get a scope of this quality with all this features for under $500. The cons are an easy trade off for the value. ... show more

  • Good for price
Style Name: X-Tree MIL Reticle
This is definitely one of the easiest scopes to use out there with a very good price. The only gripe I have is that the scope I have received has a canted reticle that makes it difficult to zero.

  • Impressive optic.
Style Name: X-Tree MOA Reticle
Impressive optic, solid optic crisp turrets...It took minimal time to zero. Picture is taken of shots at 200yards with 22ARC.

  • I’m glad I got mine
Style Name: X-Tree MIL Reticle
First off the glass clarity on this thing is amazing and for the value, it seems to be extremely accurate and was very easy to install. The radical is very easy to read, and as always, my monster products seem to be just as good as my high-end products it functions very well and is built extremely well for the price. ... show more

  • Best bang for your buck
Style Name: X-Tree MOA Reticle
I tried out a few scopes before i found this one. There was a great reveiw on youtube where the guy puts it under stress and it handles beautifully. Finally found a ffp scope that is both quality and budget friendly
