My boys (6 & 3 yo) got these for Christmas and are obsessed! They're super hardy - we've taken them out in the rain, in cold weather, through puddles, up muddy hillsides, and crashed into just about everything including boulders. The wheels are a dense foam so they're showing signs of wear, but the rest of the car still looks great. The cars are somewhat hard to control, but mostly because they're so powerful, so the turning can be a bit "jumpy". Super fast, and my kids think it's hilarious to make the car kick up on only it's back wheels if they start fast from a dead stop. Once I figured out the charger port on the bottom it hasn't been a huge hassle but I definitely have to do it for my kids so they're not 100% independent toys for young kids. Battery life is okay, my kids often run out of battery before they want to be done playing though. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This has already provided hours and hours of outdoor fun. We’ve had it on the road, gravel driveway, grass, and even snow. It does not disappoint! Bought for a 4-year old and he loves it and is able to control it pretty well. It is holding up extremely well despite a “few” rolls and wrecks too. Fun for adults too! Definitely worth the price! Battery life is pretty good. Especially like the how the charging cord tucks right into the bottom of the unit. So glad we purchased this. We love it! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Truck was much faster and performs much better than I expected. We purchased this Grave Digger truck and 2 similar trucks all at the same time for about the same money for me and my sons to mess around with. 3 months later, the only one still in service is this one. The others just didn't perform anywhere close to this one. We run it everyday and it has taken some horrible spills over the embankment. We have also purchased some more expensive, faster type rc cars, but this Grave Digger truck is still fun enough to my 12 and 14 year old sons that they run it everytime the others go out. Look, the new usb plugs on kids' toys are super dumb. The flimsy wires get broken. Most kids are too impatient to handle the tiny screwdriver and the wires on their own, even at 8 or 9 years old. Hell, I get aggravated with it. Like everything else in this house, it is only going to run for 30 mins. PLEASE CHANGE THE CHARGING SYSTEMS TO SOMETHING ACCESSIBLE AND DURABLE. But this shark car takes a beating. As the first car for the littlest drive, it bounces off of everything. The foam just keeps going. (Might want to consider a new design on the tail, you know it pops off). But the oldest kids love the water jumps and puddle skids. It is loud and fun. It is fast and responsive. You are close to making a car that will make the angels sing. Bring on the next model...I am watching for it!! ... show more

My son purchased this Megladon RC car with his own chore money so I was hoping for his sake it would be worth the money…and well it is!! This RC is FAST and pretty awesome! Works great on all terrains as advertised! I have a very happy kid!! I do with the remote it comes with was slightly better made but it’s no worse than all other RC remotes I’ve seen ... show more

All my 4yo wanted for Christmas was a monster truck with big wheels and a controller that would work in grass. Good lawd does this thing go! My German shepherds won’t leave the couch when he has it going like a roadrunner on crack in the house. 9am Christmas Day- had to outside in 20 degree weather to make sure it works in the grass. He drove that thing until the battery died he was so excited to finally have a remote control car that’s works on just about any surface he tried it on. Pretty durable as well consider the crashes this kid has already had driving it over ramps and down his outdoor slide. And the best part for me? It’s RECHARGEABLE! About two hours of charge time gives you 30min of play time. Because I’m not spending a fortune on batteries I’ve already ordered another one so when he wears the heck outta this one we’re good to go. ... show more
