I originally bought this and was disappointed because using it once, and upon the next load up it was glitchy and causing my character to only run toward the screen even when not using the joystick. Amazon's technical support couldn't figure it out either, and sent me a replacement. I thought I'd give it another try a few days later just for kicks, and it started working fine again. Haven't had any trouble since, so I've just ended up keeping both controllers. Very cute design, but if you like the softness of the original switch controller, you may find these controllers are a bit plasticky and rough on the fingertips. But I don't mind as I just added some leftover joystick cover tops. Nice purchase.

This is the latest Switch controller I got from momen, and I'm happy to say that the issues I've had with their previous Pro Controller and Joycon set have finally been addressed. This new wireless controller is by far the best they produced. The controller itself is very comfortable to hold thanks to its ergonomic design. The grips on both sides are very much on par with momen's pink and blue joy cons, which I've had the pleasure of reviewing a while ago. Even the shoulder buttons feel good to press. And given their large size, these buttons provide more space for you to evenly distribute pressure with your fingers. This makes them less likely to break or jam up. All the buttons work as they should, including the d-pad. I'm highlighting this especially because the d-pad was seriously lacking on those other controllers I mentioned. The directional buttons are still placed below a 4-way cap, except now they managed to make the diagonal inputs easier for any game to read. I think it's because the buttons themselves are placed closer together. Now whenever I'm playing, I can move a character around or cycle through menus without having to focus more on how effectively I'm pressing two directions at the same time. The Turbo button works well in conjunction with the dual-vibration feature, and the LED lights on the analogue sticks. Any time you want to make adjustments to either, you can simply hold the button down and press up or down on the d-pad to increase or decrease the vibration level, or press down on the left analogue stick to change the LED colors. You can also double tap the same stick so the LEDs can cycle through the different colors on their own. If you're looking for a good third-party controller at a reasonable price, I don't think you can find one that's much better than this. I highly recommend it.

(Update): Just received my replacement today, plugged it into my PC and started testing. The left joystick, and all other buttons work perfectly. I've also paired it to my Switch afterwards, and it works great. (: I'm happy I gave this product a second chance! ------ I was excited to use this, today. The left joystick detects up and down inputs, but does not detect left and right which renders this completely unusable. All the lights work, it connects to my Nintendo Switch just fine, and also connects to my PC just fine. Connectivity isn't an issue, and all buttons are clean (fresh out of the box). Literally can't use this the way it is, it's a shame.

Sometimes the analog directional stick sticks, and won't change direction for a second. Hasn't caused any major issues yet, but worries me. Otherwise, love it. Been using it for Splatoon 2 + 3. The controller vibrates the entirety that you are swimming lol.
