Great product. I used it on my patio and outdoor siding that had built-up dirt and mildew, and it worked great. It was simple to use, just attached it to the hose and started spraying. Easily sprayed 40ft and I did not need to scrub at all and you could see the difference pretty quickly. Product work very well, the only problem I see is it doesn't spray the cleaner 40ft maybe 10ft. It would spray 40ft to rinse. A little miss leading other then that I would have gave it a 5 star

Works well. The actual cleaner does not spray out up to 40 feet but the rinse function does. Good for price point.

When used as directed it didn’t make a noticeable difference. It says in the directions that some scrubbing may be required. This is a severe understatement. It requires a significant amount of scrubbing. I was cleaning the roof of my screen porch. I used a car cleaning brush to scrub and could reach half the width of the roof. The attached picture clearly shows results of spraying on and rinsing with and without very intense scrubbing. I found that 3:1 water:bleach outperformed it. I don’t recommend it, it’s not any more effective than much less expensive cleaners. I won’t buy it again. The spray bottle is pretty good. No other redeeming qualities. ... show more
