I bought two pieces for my dogs' room. I'm a 70 yo woman and I put this floor down myself. I had to make 2 seams as the middle of the floor couldn't have a seam under two of the kennels. You can't see the seams at all. I didn't glue it down but I did use double stick tape under the seams. It was easy to measure and cut, and stayed flat as soon as I unrolled it. There was a little discoloration on one corner of the backing and a nick along the edge of one of the rolls, but neither are visible now. The kennels haven't damaged or dented this floor and it's so easy to clean. This is the third floor I've put in that room and chose it because the Mal eats tiles. Will definitely buy again. Had a TINY damage spot in 2 places, which could have been a problem for someone else who was installing it more seriously, but I’m in an apartment and I’m using it as a temporary floor covering and I’ll likely bring it with me if I move any time in the near-ish future. I LOVE my apartment but the wood floors are so orange-ish that it was distracting… this product has changed the whole vibe! Great floor! I bought a new shed to use as a chicken coop and put this down on the floor. Glued it down and it turned out great, no slipping and now easy to clean! Thick floor that is not tearing or scratching, would definitely buy again.

Product I received was not as advertised, and I had to send it back. The advertised product is: 8’6” W x 13’ L. The product I received was: 1’6” W! :( I didn’t open the packaging to see if the length was correct, as the width was already wrong.
