The handles are hard to keep clean, even with soft water. The plumber initially installed the faucets incorrectly and trying to get "customer service" at Moen was a real challenge. I like this faucet because it is simple and relatively non-descript (it doesn't look like it's "trying too hard" in an attractive bathroom), but what I really like is how it feels. Nice item. I like these newer models of faucets. Only complaint was the handle color did not match the faucet color. I have called Moen and they are sending me new handles so hopefully they will match.

Love the design and the look of the finish. Would be nice if it was a bit more resistant to waterspots like my Moen kitchen faucet. However, not that much of a problem so would definitely buy again.
