Terrible Quality and Fraudulent Seller.
Color: Black
The media could not be loaded. Terrible Quality and Fraudulent Seller. I recently purchased the Modway Ondine Glass and Wood Coffee Table in Black from Firsthand/Modway/Bison Commerce, and I am beyond disappointed with the quality of this product. This item is nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against purchasing it. Not only was the table defective, but the overall quality of the table was extremely poor. First and foremost, the table arrived with several defects right out of the box. Most shockingly, there was a missing predrilled hole where essential components were supposed to be assembled. This meant I was unable to properly assemble the table, which is unacceptable for an item sold as a ready-to-assemble piece of furniture. Additionally, the pegs and holes were broken upon arrival. It's one thing for a minor piece of the product to break in transit, but to receive a brand-new table with pieces that are already damaged is inexcusable. The quality was absolutely terrible. It was as if they rushed through the manufacturing process without any attention to detail. The paint was uneven and patchy, making it look cheap and poorly made. Considering this is a product that's marketed as a stylish and modern piece of furniture, the shabby finish was a huge disappointment. Upon unboxing, I noticed that the table was covered in a layer of white dust, which seemed to be a result of poor packaging or manufacturing. It gave the entire piece an unkempt, dirty appearance, and I had to wipe it down extensively before I could even begin considering assembling it. This was not a good first impression, to say the least. I feel misled and taken advantage of by both the seller and the (Modway/bison commerce) manufacturer. Overall, this table is an absolute waste of money. The defective parts and poor quality control lead me to believe that this item should not be sold in the first place. Selling this table is nothing short of fraudulent — it is not fit for purpose, and the vendor should be held accountable for selling such a bad product. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing the Modway Ondine Glass and Wood Coffee Table to avoid it at all costs. This item is of terrible quality and I deeply regret this purchase. AVOID!

Returned. The wood veneer came chipped and lifted. Does not look as good as the pictures.
