This has been great. Just what I was looking for. I recently started physical therapy for an injury and I have some exercises I need to do daily at home that require me to lay on the floor. After using a mat similar to this for years, the old one finally wore out. I can say that this one is nicer. It's thick but does not weigh a ton. My husband uses it for his floor exercises and he says it feel really good and protects his bones from the floor. He's 89.

My toddler loves this mat! She has recently showed an interest in tumbling and this is the perfect thing to get started. We love that it can fold up when we aren’t using it. My one year old also loves to play on it!

I am 79 years old and have developed some painful back issues that require stretching exercises. This mat is perfect for that. It provides just the right amount of cushioning for me to lie on.
