Very soft and they do block a lot of light. I had some full blackout curtains before but I didn't like the look or feel of them so I got some semi-blackout curtains from walmart that are great but they didn't block as much light as before. Got these for the color and texture and they look great. Plus they do block out pretty much all the light like my previous ones did before. Nice curtains at a very reasonable price. Color was spot on with the picture. Grommets make for easy opening and closing. Room darkening feature works great. Fabric is nice, but thinner than I expected; and unfortunately not so wrinkle resistant. Of the six sets of curtains I ordered, five of them had been returned previously because they were stuffed into the bag and not neatly folder around a cardboard insert and product label. Luckily, I only had to return one of them due to a damaged grommet and stain. Despite the minor inconvenience, I would still order these same curtains. ... show more

These curtains are beautiful and soft and block the sun nicely, a little Florida sun does shine through, I’ll come back in a month and tell you if they discolor ..EDIT it’s been a few months in the Florida sun and the curtains have stood strong. These are still my favorite.

These worked amazing! The quality is thick and true black out curtains. The size and color were true to what was ordered. They were not wrinkled, but had the crease from the folds. I ordered one set and once I saw how great they were, I ordered more for the other rooms.
