I was worried about the cropped top, but it’s the perfect amount of crop-not too short. The elastic waist is comfortable. This is a cute set! The material is waffle knit and a good thickness. It’s not see through. The “white” is more like a butter off white, especially the trim and waistband. Was comfy and fairly true to size (I would probably size up) and the style and cut was great. Waist band was fairly stretchy would probably be bump friendly for a while. This outfit looks great in person. It is made of a waffle knit material and is not see through at all. I felt like it draped nicely and was flattering. The bottoms were not too short, and although the top is a bit shorter than I normally wear it didn’t show any midriff and covered the high waisted shorts. I also typically shy away from stripes but these didn’t make me look wider, and the sleeve length was flattering for my flabby arms. For reference I am 5’5 and 130 pounds.
