For 30 dollars I was expecting this panel to be of a higher quality. It's rough and semi-rigid and doesn't flow as nicely as I expected a sheer to do. The pom-poms are a joke. They were small, crushed to bits, and hung at all angles. I had to steam them vigorously to get them to lay correctly. Yes, it's cute but, it's also cheap. If you don't mind that then, this panel is for you. In the sunlight the panel allows some light but, it keeps people from seeing into the room, too. It's a cloudy sheer and not a true see-thru sheer. Good for a dorm room window. We used one to cover the closet since it was thick enough to do so. The material is rough and the sewing quality was so bad we had to rework an area since it was missing a few stitches. I hate to talk badly about people so, let's just say this was made in China and let you do the math. If you got this from a brick and mortar store it would be a 10.00 panel. We really need to go back to shopping in stores because we're getting ripped off online. JCPenney has these for 10 bucks in store if you use their coupon. Why did I spend so much online?
