This was a bargain for 2 bags of 2cf. That is so much! I was expecting 2 bags totally 2cf. Just having it delivered to house was awesome cause I cannot lift a 2cf bag without my husband to help. I've seen the plant snobs on YouTube continually putting down Miracle Gro potting mix and other products. Miracle Gro has been around a long time, even longer than some of the snobs. I have nothing against anyone who wants to spend $20 and more on their potting soil, but don't criticize those of us who don't want to spend our hard earned cash like that. Most of us amend our soils, and this Miracle Gro makes for an excellent base. I recommend it, my plants thrive in it. Plants are costly enough without having to spend an arm and a leg on the accessories - especially the soil. I've been using Miracle Gro since the early 70's and it's worked for me just fine. I purchased two bags of this pot soil and was very disappointed with one out of the two bags. I was given one bag which was satisfactory and the other completely unacceptable. The soil was dry and old. I now have to repurchase another bag. I do hope the next is moist and suitable for my plants
