I really like this Mio Energy mix so far. I got the Strawberry Pineapple Smash. It's mildly sweet tasting, but it doesn't have the gross taste of some other artificial sweetners or stevia. It's much milder than gatorade. I've been drinking it for a couple of days and I've definitely noticed an improvement in my energy. I've been feeling fatigued the past few months and a doctor suggested I try some herbal supplements and vitamins (such as Ashwagandha and a multi-vitamin). Even with a cup of coffee, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, and a B-12 vitamin, I still was having a hard time getting started every day. I would feel overwhelmed and not get going on my projects until somewhere between 11am and 2pm. The Ashwagandha and Rhodiola helped some, but not as much as I'd hoped. Coffee tends to give me stomach issues and I have to add a lot of milk and sweetners because of the strong taste. And I love tea, but it is not strong enough. So, I decided to try looking for an energy drink. I don't like popular caffeinated drinks like Red Bull or Monster. They are super sugary and taste gross. After looking at a few alternatives on Amazon, I bought the Mio Energy since it was inexpensive and I could just add it to my water. The last couple of days, I have energy!!! And having more energy has improved my mood, too. I noticed myself singing and feeling great today while I was doing the dishes. I don't feel sluggish or exhausted and I'm not feeling as overwhelmed. The cons: I wish it helped with my concentration (I have ADHD). I have more energy, but I'm still a bit scattered (though maybe that will improve as I figure out the optimum dose for me). It also causes jitteriness similar to coffee, but I don't have any other side effects so far. I recommend Mio Energy for people who don't like coffee or soda energy drinks. It gives a really nice energy boost and, at least in my case, it improves my mood. I like that it is sugar free and that it can be added to water. The 1.6 oz size is also is small enough to carry in your purse or a large pocket if you want to take it with you.

I love sweet tea. But as a diabetic, I can't drink it anymore. This is an great alternative. Easy to carry in your wallet, purse, or pocket. It has a very very slight sour aftertaste as if there were a touch of lemon, its very good. its kind of like a pureleaf sweet tea, i got about 10, 16oz servings out of this small bottle. it helped me stay hydrated. the bottle is small enough to keep in your pocket or purse and can be easily taken with you. this enhancer lasts long, is sugar free, and its cheap!

I like the quick and easy way to make sweet ice tea. Only one negative: the little bottles have a tendency to leak in the shipping box. Second time I have had it happen. One of four bottles leaked.

I've bought Mio for years. In the past several years I've bought it from Amazon. Until the last handful of shipments, I never had a problem with it, but there have been leaking containers in at least 3 shipments I can think of. The first incident, I thought was a fluke, but now there've been two more. I ordered 6 bottles literally yesterday (they have been shipped FAST). Three of them arrived with the liquid having leaked underneath the shrinkwrap label, and leaking out from the top and bottom edges of the shrinkwrap. It makes a HUGE mess because this stuff has a ton of dye in it; my fingers got stained during clean-up, but fortunately everything else in my order was wrapped separately. (The one thing I hate about Mio is all the unnecessary dye.) Amazon kindly refunded the cost of the 3 leaking ones, and I re-ordered (4, I needed an extra to qualify for overnight shipping with other things I added to the order). They arrived today and, out of the 4, one is leaking. I don't think this is Amazon's fault, and am not going back to ask for a refund for this last one. I *have* contacted the Heinz/Kraft people to ask what is suddenly wrong with their packaging. This review is just to let you know that if you buy this stuff, you might be opening a mess until Heinz/Kraft gets its act together.
