I have had this kite a while and realized I haven't left a review. I have been flying sport kits since I was a kid and thought this would be a great travel kite. It does pack super small, it is great as a pack away kite. I take it on the boat and fly it at the sand bar. As far as flying though, its not as easy as I thought it would be. It flies very fast and likes a little bit of wind. It can be a challenging handful at times. It does fly well, I am not saying its a bad flying kite, I just expected it to be better for beginners. Great flyer and easy to learn. Instructions for self launching with a bit of sand on the trailing edge worked perfectly. After many crashes with the kids learning or myself pushing the limits there was no visible damage. Loads of fun!! Will be buying more for friends and family

Mine is still in great shape after all these years. The colors remain vibrant, and the lines are made of very good material. It flies smoothly and handles well, picking up speed easily while remaining stable in the air. It’s great for practicing shapes and maneuvers. Great training kite. It's challenging to get used to, so it helps to have an assistant. But you can have quite a bit of fun and learn a lot about the handling of these kites with some practice.
