I've wanted a pair of fringe boots for quite some time, but I knew I didn't want the ones with soles, and I wasn't sure how practical the ones without would be, so I delayed purchasing them for a few years. My daughter is going to dress up as Peter Pan for Halloween and needed some shoes, and so I decided to finally buy myself a pair and let her borrow them for her costume (win win! ha!). First off, I LOVE the look of these! They are exactly as expected. I normally wear a size 9, but I ordered an 8.5 after reading some reviews. I think I might've been able to go with an 8 in length, but my foot is wide, so I stuck with the 8.5 even though they are a little long. These feel nice everywhere except for the area next to my little toe on my right foot (randomly the left foot is fine). The stitching is stiff and scratchy, and that is what rubs my little toe. I used a file to try to soften it and now I'm just wearing a pair of socks with them, at least until that stitching softens, which probably will happen over time. Overall, I really like these. I only wear them around the house and when I got outside to sit by my fire table. I have worn them out one time - and they held up well on the shorts steps across the street and up a flight of concrete stairs. I would definitely size down, at least half a size - a whole size if you have narrower feet. The leather is nice, they are sturdy, and I expect them to last quite some time. The price is right for the product.

Naturally a size 7.5. I am a 6.5 in these. The 7 for comfy with a loose heel enough to fit a whole finger behind my heel. They will strength so a 6.5 is a good fit to stretch to a comfy 7

I had moccasins when I was a kid in the 70’. I looked for years for another pair, these fit the bill. There is padding in the bottom, the toe box is a little “pointed”, (my original ones were rounded with no padding). There is no arch support because they are ment to feel like you are walking barefoot. Well craftsmanship, been wearing them since I got them and love’em.

I wear a size 8.5 athletic shoe, so I bought an 8. That was way too large, so I exchanged it for a 7.5 The 7.5 is still a little larger than I would prefer, but I believe the 7's will be too small so I kept the 7.5 I've loved this brand ever since a kid living up in Minnesota, but the most difficult thing is finding one that fits right since no two are exactly alike. I also bought the zip back pair and definitely prefer them to the lace up in size and fit.

I love Minnetonka moccasins. I have owned several pairs over the years. I bought a pair of tan ones last summer. After a month or so, the stitches at the tops wore through, leaving a gaping hole. I figured a bad batch if thread, maybe. I took them to a saddle repairer and had then restitched... Good to go. Fast forward to last month. I bought a pair of black moccasins for winter. The 3rd time I wore them, the stitches in the toe split. I made arrangements to return them. The process was quite simple. But, yet, I am still disappointed. The quality has obviously gone down hill. I have had pairs that lasted for years with practically constant wear. I actually wore a hole in the sole of one pair. Back to a saddle maker and he put a new sole on. They were good to go for a few more years. So to purchase to pairs in a one year period and have them fall apart almost immediately was extremely disappointing.

I love these shoes but I had to return. When sitting feel great until you walk. The seams hurt and rub the outside and inside foot on each side. Rhey are quite large seams. The foormt insert is too small and only makes it worse on the bottom of foot to help.
