  • Awesome
I picked up this tire for a minibike that sees a mix of hard-packed dirt, grass trails, and some pavement between spots. The old tire was dry-rotted and spun constantly off-road, so I wanted something with real bite without wearing out instantly on asphalt. This one ended up being a solid upgrade. Right away, the rubber feels thicker and more durable than the worn stock tire I took off. The tread pattern is aggressive enough to grab in loose dirt and gravel but not so tall that it feels sketchy on pavement. Mounting wasn’t bad — sidewalls are stiff (which is good for riding), but you’ll want decent tire irons and some soapy water to get it seated. On dirt and trails, traction is way better than a basic street-style minibike tire. It hooks up instead of just spinning, especially when accelerating out of turns. In grass and loose soil it still finds grip instead of washing out. On pavement, it’s surprisingly stable — a little vibration from the tread, but nothing crazy for this style of tire. What impressed me most is durability. After multiple rides, the knobs aren’t chunking off and the tire still holds air with no slow leaks. Sidewalls feel strong too — I’ve hit small rocks and roots without worrying about pinch flats. It gives the bike a more planted feel overall, especially at higher speeds. Just make sure you order the correct size for your wheel (width and diameter matter a lot on minibikes). Also check your clearance if you’re running a wider rear — aggressive tread can sit taller than a worn-out tire. Pros: • Strong traction off-road • Stable enough for pavement • Thick rubber and durable tread • Good sidewall strength Cons: – Stiffer to mount than cheap tires – Slight vibration on smooth pavement (normal for knobby tread) Bottom line: If you actually ride your minibike off-road and want a tire that grips and lasts, this is a great pick. Way more control and confidence compared to basic stock tires. ... show more

  • Actual size is smaller than stated
These tires don't match the printed size. They are close but fall short by 1/4" on the width and 1/2" on the height when inflated to the max operating pressure of 24psi. I'm sure it will perform ok but does not match the front tire of the same name from GoPowerSports. Tread pattern is the only similarity between the two. Will spend the extra money on the tire I was expecting next time. ... show more

  • Hella Grip
I noticed an instant change in the steering and once they get warm you can take turns without worrying about sliding out.

  • They are NOT 15” tires.
I haven’t actually used the tires yet, but if you are expecting these to be 15” tall, you’ll be disappointed. I know that they’re marked as a 15.0, but these tires are only slightly over 14” when inflated. If you are looking for a true 15” tire (for gear ratio purposes) I’m afraid that you’ll have to keep looking. On the plus side, they do have a smooth tread design and will almost certainly be quiet. ... show more
