Does not come with SIM card so basically your kid is dissatisfied. I thought maybe I lost the SIM card when I opened the box so I bought a second one and I was wrong, you have to get some form of SIM card to make this device “real”.

This was a present for a 7 year old, I didn’t need it to do much but access YouTube. It’s just okay. It is a working phone, but if you fully charge it and turn the phone off to save battery, it will be dead the next time you turn it on. The camera isn’t great but for a step above a play phone, it’s fine. It’s tiny and super cute, but I’d have gone with a basic android had I known about the battery. ... show more
