My first item arrived faulty. The lobster clasp was not attached to the strap and although we tried to reattach it, it kept falling out. I reached out to customer service. It took a while for them to respond albeit it was the holidays. Their policy on this wasn't that great but we worked out a replacement. The replacement works great! As long as you don't receive a faulty item, the quality is okay. It looks cute too. I love pockets and compartments! And this has lots of pockets and compartments

This bag was exactly what I was looking for. It is small but big enough to fit a normal size wallet, a water bottle and even my iPhone 11 with phone case on the front(outside) pocket. It is true that the inside divider is open at the bottom which is why I minused a star. If you have any small items they’ll just be moving around at the bottom, not sure how annoying this is going to be as I haven’t had the bag long enough. I wanted a canvas bag so I could decorate the outside with pins and this was perfect. It is a little wobbly with nothing in it but once filled it does sit up. I’m considering buying a beige color now. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Lightweight canvas with sturdy canvas straps. Has a 2 inch gap at the zipper. If you travel you may want to find a better way to secure that gap. Has separate inner pockets which helps keeps items organized. I would purchase this again. **Measurements shown

The size of the bag is perfect, but after carrying it for about 1.5 months, the edging has come apart creating a hole.
